Sarah was an asset during a difficult buyer’s market. We looked at winners, we looked at hard losers but made the right choice with Sarah’s guidance. She has endless knowledge of home value, household mechanics, red flags and green flags. While I was distracted by dreams of paint colors and kitchen makeovers she was inspecting boilers and foundations. She was honest throughout the process to make sure we made informed decisions and was skilled at pulling my head out of the clouds to face reality. We made multiple offers. Given the market we knew we could not wait when we found something great. Sarah would drop everything she was doing (even on a family trip out of state) to get the paperwork together and submitted, crunching numbers and options to put us ahead of other potential buyers. She has negotiation skills of a shark and will never let you see her sweat (although I think she glistens). When we had an accepted offer she continued full steam ahead making sure the contract terms were exactly to our benefit and wants, and set us up with a reputable inspection team. It was clear Sarah has respect and good business relationships with her resources which further put our mind at ease through the process. Our closing date was a tearful day of celebration shared by all, and I cannot thank Sarah enough for every brick laid on this road to our “forever home”. We owe it to her. Which is why she has a dedicated bedroom decorated to her liking. Although our “business relationship” has ended (for now), she is a part of our family and have continued a wonderful friendship going forward.
