We probably didn't deserve to ever get the house sold, especially not for such a respectable price, but if anyone was going to get it done - it was Hannah. At least 10 times, we thought the sale wouldn't happen - but EVERY time Hannah was able to pull a rabbit out of her hat and skillfully save the day. DO NOT give your business to ANYONE ELSE in Waxahachie or Midlothian but Hannah. I will never be able to fully articulate all of the ways she fought for us, in the face of probably 20 different hard obstacles - and still got our sale across the finish line. She could have (and should have) understandably given up and walked away from our sale easily a dozen times... but she continued to persist, continued to pick us up, pressed forward, and never quit until the house was sold.

Experiencia fantástica: I met Hannah at an open house (we were just taking the long way home after family breakfast and stopped in), and I talked to her for a few minutes about some land I was interesting in trying to buy. She followed up with me within a few days, not only to touch base, but that she had reached out to the sellers and found out all of the information necessary to proceed. She took the time to listen to my strategy, my plans for replatting, she undertook the market research necessary to formalize a plan, understand where we'd need to be price wise, and several elements to consider and factor in.
