I was a 29, single, woman veteran buying my first home, no idea about the home buying process! Thankfully I met Lisa & she guided me through the whole process, was patience about my requirements, and just answered every single question I always had, and trust me I always had them. Anyway, she was a great realtor and will definitely be working with her again.

Experiencia fantástica: I am a transplant from another state relocating to Texas to be closer to family. Moving from one state to another is not without challenges but my agent Desiree Carter (Desi) was fantastic. Even though I was not sure what type of home I wanted, single family or condominium, we began the search. After seeing twenty properties with Desi, I decided on a new build. I was not easy, and I changed my mind five times during this process, Desi always adapted along with me. She even helped me obtain credit from the builder and was my representative at the final walk through with the builder. One major problem at the final walk through was a damaged range hood caught by Desi and her team. Thanks to them a new range hood was installed before I moved in. Desi advocated for me in making sure that I had the support I needed throughout the process of purchasing my new house. With Desi and her team communicating during the process I was able to feel comfortable making all the decisions. The customer service was exceptional and the staff at Keller Williams were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. If you are contemplating purchasing property in Texas, I strongly recommend Keller Williams for any real estate needs you may have.

She was basically a tour guide on our home search adventure. She worked with us through several home viewings and offered useful advice along the way. When we found the home we wanted, Desi got with the sellers right away. They loved her too, which I'm sure is why they decided not to seek further offers.
