Donna was there, available, and went above and beyond her role. Within a week or two of our purchase, Gulf Shores was hit by a hurricane that did a great deal of damage along the coast and inland. Our condo faired well, but we had no way of knowing that at the time. We contacted Donna to see if she knew who we might contact since Gulf Shores had major damage and was pretty much closed to anyone getting in. Donna volunteered to check on our place, which she did very quickly and gave us the good news that we were alright except for loss if power (and didn’t know when it would be restored) and some outside damage that was being taken care of by the association. There have been several other things with which she has helped us—answering questions, making very helpful suggestions. We regard Donna, not only as our excellent realtor, but a good friend as well, and we would recommend her to anyone, especially our family and friends.

Experiencia negativa: This woman is not to be trusted. I personally called her and asked her to be my agent.. She was very unprofessional and at the day of closing she didn't even acknowledge I was in the room.. I was going through a divorce and she took up an offense and sided with my ex-wife ( Not even knowing the circumstances) and did not even speak to me.. She is very unprofessional and I would never recommend her to anyone trying to buy a house... All she cares about is herself and the money she is going to make just by listing your house... She is horrible at having any knowledge of your home and knows nothing about selling a house other than just pretending to care!!!!
