The first time I met Amanda I was crying in the middle of my dad's disheveled home, two days prior to this we had to move him to a memory care facility. When she walked up to the house I was completely overwhelmed with what needed to be done to get the house ready to sell along with the emotional distress of aging parents. I live in Oregon and my dad's house was in Alabama, it seemed impossible. Amanda went above and beyond to take the majority of the burden off my siblings and me, found an amazing contractor to do the significant work that needed to be done on the house, and found a buyer in a difficult market.
