Experiencia fantástica: I wanted to take the opportunity to write this review for our real estate agent and friend, Robert Nay. We are so thankful for the professional and accommodating service we received from Rob during the purchase of our first home in December of 2017. Not only did Rob meet and exceed our expectations by helping us find our perfect first home, but he also insured that everything was just right before we moved forward with the purchase. Despite a mishap or two causing our closing to be postponed, Rob made sure everything was in order and double-checked before we sat down at the table. We put our faith in his capable hands and have been pleased with the outcome ever since. One of the stipulations of the sale that Rob added to the contract was that the seller would provide us with a Home Owner's Warranty. Within the first year that warranty saved us over $1000 with issues we had with the original garage door and air conditioner. Our home was built in 2002 and well-maintained, but the possibility of things beginning to wear out and break was very much a reality. He made sure we knew the importance of the Home Owner's Warranty and it definitely paid off that year. Based on our experience during the first year and Rob's recommendation, we decided to renew the warranty again this year. Fortunate for us, when the AC Unit decided to completely quit on us...we were covered by our Old Republic Home Warranty. Despite a few hoops we had to jump through with that company...we are covered and this warranty will be saving us thousands of dollars for a brand new HVAC system!! We are very thankful to Rob for all of the advice he gave us during our purchase and for the continued help & guidance he is always willing to give when or if we have any questions. His journey with us didn't stop at the closing table. Since that day Rob has called to check on us, sent us Holiday cards, and has made himself available to us when needed. We are thankful to have had such an excellent experience and I am writing this for anyone considering using Robert Nay as their Real Estate Agent. Trust me...you will not be disappointed!!! He was always available to answer any questions and to show us houses around our work schedule. He doesn't try and push a sell, he's very truthful and will point out flaws of the house. His last words to us on signing day was "Call if you need anything, our relationship doesn't stop just because the house is sold."
