Experiencia fantástica: We recently purchased a new home with Kathy and Rob's help. They were both a pleasure to work with along every step of the process. The house was an as-is sale, so it needed some work done on it. Kathy graciously met me and several contractors at the house on multiple occasions and on relatively short notice so that I could get work lined up to start as soon as we closed on the house. This was above and beyond the meetups for the home inspection and WDO inspections. This was after Rob had gone out of his way to get us a head start on viewing the home by giving us a live audio tour when the house was not yet ready for buyers to view it. Our experience could not have been better with Rob and Kathy. They are fantastic people who regularly go above and beyond for their clients!

Worked with us through finance issues and finally closing with the Sellers. Never saw the unit till 6 months later and it was exactly as Rob said. From the moment we contracted them the team sprang into action. They were able to contract vendors, schedule repairs, and finally market the house. Every step of this four month process they communicated with us daily and often each member would take it upon themselves to go to the property to handle issues we were unable to address. I had to go through many many hoops to get in touch with Danielle and FINALLY after 5 months of emailing, calling and texting I am finally getting my pet rent deposit back from the owner. Ridiculous.

Rob was very easy to talk to, and we could tell that he was actually concerned with what we were looking for. He took the time to get to know my wife and I, and find out what our story was. He was upfront too with not being pressured to use him over another realtor. Over the next couple of weeks he stayed in touch with us over the properties we were looking at, and helped guide our search. When we showed up in town to meet him, he was there before we were and eager to show us around. Rob was very upfront with common issues affecting the local home market, to include pointing out bad EIFS siding, cracks in walls, and other areas that I was unfamiliar with being from out of state. He kept us on schedule and helped us get the home we wanted with honest, and thoughtful advice. Experiencia negativa: A family member of mine recently moved out of state on military orders. After renting with Rob Brooks realty he and his wife were denied the return of their security deposit due to a combination of normal wear and tear items and issues that existed before they moved in. I've heard before of military members being ripped off and taken advantage of while renting but I didn't think that it would happen to some one close to me. If you are planing to rent with Rob Brooks Realty, I would highly advised you re-consider if you would like to avoid this from happening to you!
