Experiencia negativa: I called this office to share a professional fall headshot and group photo package for real estate agents. Unfortunately, the person who answered was very rude and hung up on me. I think it would be helpful if their website or Google listing made it clear whether they accept marketing calls or have a preferred way for vendors to contact them. This would save time for businesses like mine that are simply trying to offer a professional service.

Josiah reached out to see if we would be interested in listing with him. We met at our property the next day and I was super impressed from the start. We accepted a contingent offer and then had to jump through a lot of hoops at the end to make the deal happen and he was right along side us negotiating and fighting for us at every turn. He also set up a method for him to send me interesting properties that would not otherwise appear through the filters I put. When I tell you Josiah is EVERYTHING, he is! Being a single mother and new to the area, I had minimal knowledge on buying in the area and especially a new build. From the beginning I told Josiah what I wanted and what I was looking for and he made it happen and was there EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. My process may have been 2 years long because I initially had some work to do. He hooked me up with my lender, Jeremy Doll at Mortgage 300, who was also GREAT! Josiah was there for me, explained everything, answered my calls, every stupid question I might have asked, was knowledgable about the building process, asked questions I didn't think to ask, so on and so forth. I can't brag on this man enough. When I tell you he knows something about everything!!! And after all that I finally closed! Josiah was truly God sent and I feel like I gained a friend as well. I plan to use him in the future and he has definitely gained a life long customer. I even have a friend, his wife, and I've never met her but we talked about her all the time so I feel like I know her too. He's super respectful, family oriented, and just all around a good guy! A little back story about my experience with him, I'm disabled and had a serious health scare during the selling process. Mr. Ford was more than accommodating and went well above and beyond his job description to make sure everything stayed on course. When I couldn't get to the property to meet with contractors for repairs he stepped up without hesitation to handle all of the dealings with them, and there were at least four contractor visits. He made sure that everything was priced correctly and that I wasn't paying more than I should. He was always a phone call, text or email away when I had questions which was often. He's very knowledgeable about the market and uses his experience to his client's benefit. He made what was a stressful time for me and my family less stressful because he's an amazing realtor.
