Experiencia fantástica: I worked with Leah for over 2 years trying to find the right home. I was out of state during this time so communication was a key to having a successful search. When I decided to build a home to fit my needs Leah connected me with a couple of builders and I chose the home and builder to build it. Leah went above and beyond during the construction of the home being my eyes at the build and sending me weekly videos to update progress. I worked financing through a local lender rather than through my Navy Federal Credit Union as I had did in the past. I did this because I wanted to avoid any delays in closing and close as fast as possible when the home was completed. Leah once again stepped up to ensure the lender had everything for my VA loan to ensure that no financing problems arose at closing. Today was closing day and everything went off without any issues which I can say is quite the feat since we were working to get things done with me two states away. This whole process beginning to end was better and less stressful than the home purchase I made for a change of duty station while I was in the military and it was due to the attention and concern that Leah gave to making sure I stayed informed and things were correct. Leah went above and beyond what I expected. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home in the area.
