But, of course, we still had a laundry list of desires we wanted out of a home. When we got in touch with Tracy, she was responsive, friendly, absolutely ON IT with the options, and ready to take us where we needed to go. The way we were SO taken care of still astonishes me and it’s been years at this point. What made the entire experience wasn’t just the insane knowledge that she and Brady, and I’m sure the many unsung heroes at the rest of HomeSmart brought, but the genuine care. Building relationships and trust is key to an amazing partnership with your realtor. You want to feel safe, secure, and HEARD. We felt all of that. Even when we moved from IL to TX this year, we called Tracy back for help and she was right there. We’re no strangers to home buying and we’ll continue to buy homes for years after but I’ll always think of Tracy and always recommend her even if I live across the world. I’m not being dramatic. As someone who “peoples” for a living, good customer service is not always a given. But with HomeSmart, that’s their bottom line.
