Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to Kris by a local business owner, who said Kris could do wonders and even pulled off miracles. I checked around and asked other realtors and brokers, who all said Kris was excellent, a real go-getter with a great reputation. We needed a miracle, a fast sale during the off-season / Christmas with a strong price in a market and area that had become quite slow and difficult to move properties. Kris and his team were amazing! He listened to me, and made good recommendations to come up with a strong but fair market price and approach. They immediately started doing weekend open houses and showings, which were very professional, showing it to quality, qualified REAL buyers. Then it happened, Kris was able to bring in one of many of his own contacts and buyers for a strong cash offer with a 20 day escrow. Real estate transactions have a lot of parts and can be quite complicated and fluid. Experiencia fantástica: This is now the third transaction I’ve used Kris Hansen. 1st was I wanted to purchase a property being sold at normal market condition’s. I feel that Kris did a good job negotiating and I feel I got the home for $50,000 less than market value. The second opportunity I used Kris was a fire sale property that took much negotiation with multiple offers on it. It was a 3 acre property in menifee with three homes on it. Kris did his best to negotiate and talk to the sellers and make sure that we secured it. Out of all the offers, which I think was around 10, Kris Secured this property. He did it successfully, and we didn’t go much above asking. I think it was his negotiating skills. My third experience with Kris was the sale of my home. Why I’m writing this review. I had a highly upgraded home, typically you don’t get back what you put into a home. I feel that Kris always starts high on his listings to try to get the most out of them especially, Premier properties. Within 48 hours, Kris got me a full price offer. We worked through the transaction and I only had to give the buyer a $7500 credit. It was a very nice home and I think the buyer also received a great home. My point is that a lot of times when you have a very nice home and you put a lot of money into it you don’t always get what you put into it back. In this scenario, I was very happy with the selling Price and I have no regrets on selling the home And starting a new journey with my family. I think there is then Kris was able to do this was I heard he got the buyer of my home $200,000 over offering on their home they were selling. When I heard that I said holy crap . I want to thank Kris Hansen, That we have had and all of the transactions we have completed together this dude is on point compared to anyone else I’ve ever met in the industry. If I was buying or selling a home, he is a stellar agent and a Very hard to match his skill set. Seller be warned if you ask Kris to sell your house he will sell it. Be ready to pack your stuff quickly. Lol
