I initially reached out to Angelica in February 2024 and mentioned we had a goal to be homeowners by the end of 2024. Our first impression was her social media profiles. She showcases her professionalism, transparency, sense of humor (we all have to live a little right?), and how goal oriented she is. Second impression was her responsiveness when reaching out. Within an hour of outreach, Angelica scheduled some time to talk with us. Our first call, she was all ears and dug deep into our goals, wishes, needs.. her answers were clear and concise. My partner and I left the call feeling more confident than we were and with no uneasy, pressured feeling. If she was ever behind, running late, she communicated well and always followed up. We were looking into new build homes. Angelica took us to a few communities and showed us homes that she felt was the best fit for us. Did not gear too far away from the list of things we needed or would like in a home. During the process, she was really really (and REALLY) helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable. She shows professionalism with the builders agents & explained every single step of the process.. answered and ask questions we might have missed when speaking with the builders. She was supportive and guided us through every milestone during this process. Fast forward to July 2024, we are now settling into our first home. The process worked out so smoothly, we didn’t realize how fast time flew by. Overall, we are so happy and satisfied with Angelica’s expertise and guidance during this process!
