Experiencia fantástica: I met Suzy 8 years ago through her husband John, who is a coworker of mine. Over the years I was going to sell my house but the timing never was right. In the mean time she helped my son with the purchase of his first home last year. Which was a great experience for him. This year I was finally ready to sell my house and Suzi did not only that, but she was my realtor for the purchase of my new home last week. There were a few challenges along the way. One of which was when I found a place that I had my heart set on. But it just wasn't meant to be. I really didn't know where I was going to land. But when we were having that discussion the Bible verse Proverbs 16:9 popped in my head. "A man's heart plans his way, But the Lord directs his steps." Sure enough a few weeks later we found a house on the same road as my son! Talk about a change in direction!! Through it all Suzy was amazing & I have gotten to know her and John. I consider them not only business partners but my friends a well. Thanks again & crank up some Van Halen!!!

I seriously can’t begin to put into words how amazing our experience was with her!! This was our first time on the selling side so on top of being nervous of the new experience, I had very high expectations after not so great past experiences with realtors. Suzy surpassed ALL of my expectations!! She possesses all the best qualities you would want in a realtor: knowledge, great communication, kindness, perseverance, and the list goes on…! I’m not one to write reviews often so when I do it’s because I truly want to spread the word and hope to help others who do their vetting prior to hiring. I promise, you won’t regret working with Suzy!

Faithfully entrusting it into Suzy’s more-than-capable hands was the absolute BEST decision I made around passing it along for the next family to love/cherish. Not only did Suzy lead me through the process with vast professional knowledge/experience, she led with kindness and compassion. Answering oodles of questions, putting forth a hugely successful sales strategy (with in-depth explanations to help me fully understand the why/how), as well as calming my nerves ☺️, at every stage. Experiencia fantástica: Suzy helped me with a very difficult situation. I am from Mississippi and had to find a realtor to sell a house and lot in Michigan....and a vacant lot that was over an hour away from the house. My brother-in-law had passed away and I was in charge of his estate. I met with several realtors in the few days I was able to be in Michigan. There was no doubt that Suzy was the best choice. She and her husband not only finished cleaning out the house, they also cleaned it up for me. She was in constant contact with me keeping me informed of every showing and how it went. I didn’t even have to fly to Michigan for the closing, she made sure I not only had all the papers In time to sign, she also answered all my questions about them. She was also quick to find a buyer for the vacant lot. Even though I only met her face to face that one time.....I feel like I have made a friend. She makes the whole process like she is helping a family member, not someone she just met for the first time. I recommend Suzy with total confidence that she will be the right realtor for you as well.

The process went very well and I know that I have Suzy to thank for working out all of the negotiations. We definitely could not have done this without her.
