Experiencia fantástica: The Naples Maine vacation home is spectacular! The location is ideal for visiting the popular causeway area with great restaurants on the lake. Everything is just a short walk or drive away. Take a seaplane ride to get a Birdseye view of the beautiful lakes. The rental property is very comfortable, clean and spacious. The owners thought of extra amenities to make the stay special. They supply toiletries, sunscreen, bug repellant, beach items and much more. The kitchen has state of the art appliances, the house has a beautiful deck that faces the lake as well as a yard with a fire pit. My stay was so peaceful and relaxing. I highly recommend this vacation rental ! Owners are exceptionally helpful and responsive.

Experiencia fantástica: This house is absolutely beautiful! I had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday with my family at this wonderful location. The boat is also a big plus!! This is a very family-friendly place, and you can bring young children here too! We would definitely recommend it to the next person and would go back again with my family, or even without!! The hosts are also wonderful people, as they are quick to respond to texts when you have questions!! I had a lot of questions even when it was late, and they would answer me almost instantly, which is amazing!! This is an amazing location for fishing or swimming, with a nice dock where you can cast your rods or even sit and tan by the water!

While the service started out fine, the management quality severely declined over time .There were a lot of hidden fees. There were fees for repairs that never took place , other fees that are not industry standard.. Bottom line company had no interest in making operation profitable for the owner .I have ended my service with them and cannot recommend their property management services based on recent experiences."

Experiencia negativa: After two plus years we had to fire this company that managed our properties. Should have done it sooner ! They had absolutely no interest of ours at heart. Constantly late payments. Very complex Accounting, hidden fees , billing for repairs that never happened, In some cases, quoting a price for a repair and then adding fees after. Let this review be a reminder that their fiduciary obligations is to provide honest service for the property owner and not embezzling money from them!

Experiencia fantástica: I wish there was a 10 star choice. Kontiki was so amazing!!!! The lazy river, the waterfall, the landscape lighting at night. This place was so absolutely beautiful and majestic. Our hosts Kelly and Megan were amazing. The house was absolutely spotless. The putting green, the cornhole, it was so wonderful that we never even left the place to explore Jupiter. . Everything we needed was right there!! My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and this place absolutely made it!! You can tell the staff takes such great pride in making sure your stay is wonderful. I started to annoy myself with the amount of “wow’s” at every turn Every detail so thoughtfully curated that you instantly feel transported somewhere magical. The space is generous, beautifully maintained, and has that rare quality of feeling both lavish and wonderfully relaxed at the same time. Every corner is camera-worthy (selfie central!), the kind of place that makes you forget the outside world exists. Beautiful private grounds, which is designed to be a little piece of paradise in the middle of Jupiter Farms. It was the perfect size for the four of us. Any questions we had Kelly or Jim were quick to get back with us. The whole process was seamless. We loved seeing the wild peacocks walking around the area for the second year in a row! Clean, convenient, relaxing and wonderful environments perfect for spending time with family and friends love the River view and fishing at River House and the tiki bar and lazy river and spaciousness of Kontiki was just what we needed for a large gathering with family. The host and hostess were very attentive to anything that we needed, which wasn’t much. We will definitely stay at these properties again. Highly recommended. A big shout out to the host and hostess for the hospitality!

And the host and hostess Do their absolute 100% best to satisfy all of their visitors. And the locations that they are in are pretty convenient, but you feel like you’re on your own island at the three that we went to they’re very private and very modern and comfortable. They are nicely decorated and I highly recommend with five stars.

It has enough space for a couple families to be comfortable, extremely clean, and in the most desirable location you can ask for. Perfect for adults & kids, no chance to be bored as there are so many things to do. Paddleboards, a boat that you can use to visit the amazing sandbars, local restaurants to listen to live music, relax in the hot tub, or just sit on the beautiful deck/dock or under the tiki hut to relax. The owners are amazing themselves and very accommodating. BOOK NOW!

Experiencia fantástica: I just got back from a stay at KonTiki Falls and I cannot say enough! This property looks even better in person and the inside is spacious and perfect for large groups to spread out. I originally planned to go to the beach but completely restructured my trip to just stay at the property because it had everything I needed to enjoy, I never wanted to leave! Of course, the best part is the backyard! The most epic pool with a lazy river and waterfall and secret grotto, hammock, fire pit, badminton, golf putting green and more! Communication was great and I dream for the day I get to come back! 10/10!

Was so nice to have beach chairs and beach towels there, one less thing to pack! Kitchen had both a drip coffee pot and a Keurig and everything you need for making meals. Sitting areas outside around the property were wonderful for coffee in the morning or a beverage in the evening. Communication before our arrival, check-in and check-out were a breeze. Would definitely book again!

We had fun playing cornhole and on the putting green - then just relaxing in the beautiful waterfall pool on their pool toys and chairs. From the tasteful/comfortable interior to the gorgeous outdoor space, complete with a waterfall pool/lazy river, we wish we could stay forever. This place can accommodate a lot of people and would even make a beautiful event venue. This is one to consider if you are looking for an incredible outdoor environment that can entertain the whole family/friends with a luxurious accommodation inside.

Experiencia positiva: Cape Calypso was a great space for our group of 7 adults. The house was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The beach was a nice walk or short car ride away. We got great pizza delivered from Two Brothers and enjoyed our last meal at Taylor Beach House Cafe. Would highly recommend both places! We were disappointed that the main icemaker in the kitchen didn't work, the party lights on the patio didn't work, the light on the garage didn't work, and only 2 of the solar lights on the fence worked. The back yard and pool were pretty dark in the evening. There were 3 small LED lights in the pool, but they were either burned out or there was a hidden way to turn them on. We did contact the help number twice, once about the icemaker, once about the patio lights. Both times we were told they were aware and were waiting on parts. They said the lights on the fence and garage should work, but they didn't.

Experiencia fantástica: Couldn't ask for a better vacation home than Cape Calypso for our week-long Spring Training trip (3/1/25 to 3/8/25). We were a group of four couples and everyone loved the place. The pool is wonderful and heated to just the right temperature. The house is amazing. Wonderfully decorated and well appointed. The kitchen is huge and has everything you will need and more. Four bedrooms with bed space for at least 12 people. Three and a half bathrooms. Nice pool gear and even bicycles. Communications with the owners was excellent. We will look to Jupiter Vacation Rentals for our next Spring Training trip.

Experiencia fantástica: We have been renting homes in Florida for over 10 years…different ones every year for our kids & grandkids. This house was the best by far! It was truly our own resort! The on site games - ping pong, pool table, corn hole, putting green were fabulous, not to mention the zero entry pool with waterfall & many large floats. There were so many seating areas both outside & in! It was also the most well stocked house we have stayed in. We had a few minor issues, but each were solved immediately by the owner/hosts! Can’t say enough great things about this house & our experience as renters!

Experiencia fantástica: My husband & I have spent every March for the last few years in Juno Beach, FL, we love the town, the vibe, and the beaches! We've rented beachfront condos for the past few years, and although we loved the view of the ocean, we hated being either above or below someone, because, unfortunately, we could hear them moving around all day & night, drove us crazy. For next March, however, we wanted to find a single family home that was very. close to the beach, and we finally found "Little Key West"!!! It's only a 2 minute walk to the beach, and the house itself is better in person than the gorgeous online pics!!!! The screened in porch was our favorite place to hang--no mosquitos!! We rented it for a few nights to see how it compared to the last few places we've rented, and we cannot wait to return for the month of March 2025! It was spotlessly clean, including the guest house, which we didn't need, but will be using when our kids & grandkids come visit us in March. The hot tub was great too! Every convenience was available. We loved it, can't wait to return. The property manager, Kelly, was immediately available to answer any questions. She was incredible! What an amazing property in an amazing location!

Experiencia negativa: I feel obligated to share my extremely disappointing experience with Juniper Vacation Rentals which has significantly disrupted our plans for an important event. Back in September, we meticulously planned and booked a rental for an upcoming wedding event through Airbnb. Not only was our booking confirmed, but our deposit was also duly cashed, signifying a formal agreement. Fast forward to just one month before the event, during the peak of the season, we were blindsided by the news that our rental had been double-booked. The way this situation was handled by the agent, Jim, was utterly lacking in professionalism and empathy. After acknowledging the double booking, he assured us that he would provide alternative listings. This assurance turned out to be empty as he never followed through, leaving us in a desperate scramble during a high-demand period. Moreover, the homeowner, Eugene, showed a complete disregard for our situation. His primary focus seemed to be on the other renters, who were staying longer, rather than addressing the breach of our agreement. There was no attempt from his side to offer any form of apology or even a semblance of understanding for the inconvenience caused by this double booking. This has not only caused significant stress but also jeopardized our participation in a very important event. The lack of responsibility, empathy, and customer service from both the agent and the homeowner was astoundingly poor. I strongly advise caution to anyone considering using Jupiter Vacation Rentals for their rental needs, especially given their unethical practices and disregard for confirmed bookings.
