Experiencia fantástica: We met Stacie Ahee the early part of 2020. We were not really sure what type of home we wanted. Another condo, a private home? What price range was realistic? My Husband being the frugal person that he is gave her a long list of requests. She being the patient, professional that she is gave us many options. She took us to see everything we requested in the price range she was given and soon we realized that we did not know the market or ourselves as well as we thought. We totally changed our direction . She switched gears and was ready with as many properties as we needed to see. She was there to help us .She started to know us better . We started to build a relationship. We had total faith and trust in her. She is very knowledgeable and intelligent. We were in good capable hands. In late August we closed on the home of our dreams. What separates her from most agents is that she continued helping us long after we closed. We were new in Jupiter and she gave us names of businesses that she trusted. They gave us names of other businesses! All of which were just as competent as she. Our transition was so much easier. In this day and age where the pace is so fast and sometimes impersonal, she took the time to answer more questions. She returned calls in a very timely manner . She was and still is never too busy for a client. Thank you Stacie Ahee you truly are one very special Lady.

Experiencia fantástica: Our Jupiter home was located in a neighborhood known for quick sales. The first realtor we contracted with gave a great presentation, but things went downhill after that. There were very few showings, communication was sporadic at best (and always with an assistant), an open house was held but only after we suggested it…you get the picture, it was time for a change. We interviewed several realtors but after meeting Stacie Ahee we knew she was the one to help sell the home, and we were not disappointed. The number of showings increased dramatically, and the communication was great. Stacie kept us informed every step of the way with updates every few days, and she and colleague Marc were always available when we had questions. The home sold quickly, we were happy with the selling price, and the closing was painless thanks to Stacie’s contacts with that part of the process. Stacie and Marc also were a tremendous help with finding me a new place to live. I recommend Stacie Ahee 100% to anyone who is selling or buying a home.

Experiencia fantástica: I am posting this review on behalf of my Mother in Law, H Zaremba: Approximately two years ago, my husband and I decided it was time to put our NPB condo on the market. As we live out of state, we relied on a friend's recommendation in choosing a realtor to list our property which turned out to be a waste of time and money. There were very few showings in the year that the agent had the listing, and we rarely, if ever, got feedback. I decided to take matters into my own hands and began researching realtors in the NPB area. I left voicemails at several agencies and the only person to return my call was Stacie. After we chatted for a while and I explained my frustration with our former realtor, Stacie assured me she would work hard to get our property sold. I felt confident that she would do that. After that initial contact with Stacie, we "dragged our feet" for a few months (personal issues) before signing the listing agreement. During that down time, Stacie was unbelievably patient. She called every week and kept us up to date on the NPB market. How fortunate we were to have found her, and what a wonderful agent she turned out to be! with Stacie, our property was marketed properly, resulting in numerous showings, always with a follow up call letting us know how things went. She did what she promised and got our condo SOLD! Thanks, Stacie.

While the other person was very nice he was not as aggressive in trying to sell the condo. Stacie was also creative because in many gated or restrictive communities it’s almost impossible to have an open house. When I had the house for sale with the other realtor the price kept going down where I felt I was being treated unfairly so I pulled it off the market . When I was approached by Stacy I felt that I got a fair price and fantastic service from her and her company. I would highly recommend that anyone use her and be more than satisfied.
