These realtors need to go out of business and I will be contacting the BBB. We currently wasted 3 weeks bidding on a home and we were told the sellers accepted. We sign contract and he next day we were told they changed their minds and they went up 10k in price. They also wanted 10k in DD and EM. DO NOT BUY OR SELL YOUR HOME THROUGH THIS REALTOR. Don't waste your time.

Experiencia negativa: 0 stars. Beware of Joshua Caruso and this realty company. The most dishonest and shady realtor I have ever worked with. The seller represented by this guy agrees to sell a home. We sign contract and we wait a day and a half for agent to say they do not want to do agreed upon terms. Unbelievable!!! Beware!!! Value your time and walk away from this realtor. Do not believe anything they say. Wasted weeks of my time.

Experiencia negativa: Poor communication when working with them as the sellers of a property. It doesn't take much to tap out a text or return an email or phone call to a real estate agent. I think in this point in time, most, if not all people in the market to buy or sell a home, understand the competitive nature out there. My experience dealing with this agency is professionalism and common courtesy was definitely not an asset here.
