The first time he came to the house he did a complete evaluation of the property and gave options for repairs and how it would effect the price. We decided to do some repairs as it made financial sense. Josh help find contractors, negotiate with them and helped them follow through faster than I thought was possible. He walked around our home and took photos of each space and less than 24 hours later provided us with a detailed, visual guidebook with suggestions on how to stage our home for the biggest return on our investment. It helped us get on the same page on what was needed to ready the house and provide a clean game plan. We sold our house over ask, after 19 showings in just 5 days.
