Experiencia fantástica: Avantika Review We met Avantika almost a year before we actually bought a home at a festival-type event where she had a booth. We both knew instantly that when we were ready, she would be the agent for us. She did not disappoint! Once we were ready to start our search, Avantika immediately jumped in with us and took the time to guide us properly. Not only was she kind and patient, she never pushed us one way or another into making a decision. She was available day and night to answer all of our questions and attended numerous showings and meetings with us. As an interracial gay couple, deciding where to purchase a house can be a bit more tricky than others, and she made sure that we felt at ease the entire time both with her and each potential new neighborhood. We are so happy with our new neighborhood! We ended up purchasing a new build in the western suburbs. We had found our dream home! Then, there were a few problems with our closing (due to the builder, not us or Avantika). She fought tirelessly for our best interests and spent countless hours representing us with the builder ensuring that our new home would be perfect. We would not be as happy with our purchase as we are right now if we did not have Avantika as our representative. Without her persistence, I do not believe we would have gotten as far as we did with the builder. She made us feel like family throughout, all the while giving us spot on advice. We would 100% recommend her to anyone and will most definitely use her services when we buy the next one!

Experiencia negativa: Our lender told us they had received a call from Avantika where she asked personal questions which our lender was not comfortable answering. Questions which I feel are either entirely private or only between the lender and the buyers. I felt this to be a violation of my privacy and it felt irrelevant to the transaction, as we were already approved by our lender. Based on this experience, I would not personally seek Avantika's services. While the star rating would be the same with or without the following, I believe this may provide others valuable information when considering a real estate agent: The "For Sale" sign remains in our yard a week after closing. My personal research indicates that signs are generally removed more quickly than a week, often on the day of closing. Avantika asked (through an intermediary) that this review be modified or removed because the removal of her "For Sale" signs are performed by a contracted service and out of her control.

Experiencia fantástica: Okay, honestly words fall short to explain my experience with Avantika. I contacted Ava via FB about 3 years ago, when we first thought of buying a house. But with covid and everything that entailed, we postponed our purchase plan. Somehow in the back of my head, I knew, she is the right realtor for us and knew it all along that she will get us our house of dreams. Finally in 2022 when we decided to move ahead with our plan of becoming a home buyer, we looked only for Ava. About Avantika: a gorgeous burst of positivity. We saw no more than 6 houses, I believe. And every single time I met her, she made me feel so good about myself. Maybe that comes with the job. But I did meet some other realtor back when we first thought of purchasing a house (3 years ago). Not the same vibe. On top of that, every house we saw with Ava, she made sure she learns something about us, that brings us (Ava, me and my fiancé - as a team) closer to closing in on a dream house. No more than 6 houses and she says, “I’ve made a reservation for a house to see without teliing you about it. But I insist you see this house”. Well, what did we see? We saw our dream come true.
