Experiencia fantástica: Amazing partner and market expert through the entire process . This is the second time we used Christy as our agent. The first time was for buying the home we are in now. This time it was for selling my Father’s home as he moved into an assisted living facility. Christy was an amazing partner through the entire process of getting the home prepared for sale, marketing the home, showing the home, and through the closing process. This house had not been updated for years and was a project to get ready. Christy had the knowledge of what to do and the contacts of who to call (who responded quickly and with reasonable pricing) to get the home ready for sale. She provided many recommendations from paint colors to lighting to make needed updates and ensure the buyer could ‘see themselves’ in the home. She was patient, courteous and highly communicative throughout this high stress process. This sale happened because of her knowledge, partnership and market expertise on the preparation side - but also critical were her communication and negotiation skills once we got an offer in the house and we worked through the inspection. She kept the dealing and closing on track. I could not have asked for a better partner throughout this process and because of her I can say it’s done and we got the price my father wanted for the home. Thank you Christy! It is a wonderful experience working with the team, and I am truly grateful to my listing agent, Terry Friedlein, as well as listing coordinator Amanda Del Vecchio. Here are some details: I was considering selling my condo in early June, but I was not sure how to find a good seller's agent. So I tried something else: let them find me. I posted my home information on Zillow as a FSBO listing, and waited for agents to contact me. I knew this was not a bad strategy, because a lot of agents only paid attention to the MLS but I wanted someone who could do better in terms of gathering and reacting to new information. This is important, because once you sign the agreement with your agent, he/she is responsible for processing all the relevant information in a timely fashion. After my FSBO listing was posted on Zillow, the Exceptional Home Team was among the first to reach out, and quickly set up a meeting between Terry and me. During the meeting, Terry took an in-depth review of the building and the unit, and provided me with a lot of useful information regarding the selling of my condo. For example, her estimates of home prices within the area were very precise. What I really appreciate is that instead of bombarding me with all those marketing materials which everyone else liked to talk about, Terry stated her professional opinions in a down-to-earth manner, and I could clearly see that they were tailored to my specific situation. As a result, I decided to work with her after the meeting. Right after we signed the agreement, Terry offered me a free cleaning of the home so that when buyers walked in, "it would shine." Turned out she was right, especially when it came to photo shooting. Meanwhile, Amanda prepared all the paperwork for me to review. She was very patient and efficient when we exchanged several back and forths with respect to the paperwork, and eventually everything was correct and on time. Only 7 days after the listing went online, I received a strong offer from a qualified buyer, and Terry advised me to act quickly so that we could close the deal. Turned out she was right again! One could easily tell that during this process the Exceptional Home Team paid great attention to details. For example, the home photos were stunning, capturing most of the building amenities in addition to the condo unit itself. Also, the description of the home was meticulously written, targeting the right segment of buyers. Even after I signed the contract with the buyer, Terry went the extra mile to help me dispose of the old furniture. She was also helpful when I found out a document error from closing. Overall, it was a very memorable home selling experience. Without any reservation, I recommend the Exceptional Home Team, especially Terry and Amanda, to any smart home sellers who want their bang for the buck.

Experiencia negativa: Poor communication. You Never get the same person. Emails were sent to us with someone's else's name. Seemed to forget who we were. Random, different agents hold your open house, whom you've never met. Our agent left the company, and we were not notified. The next agent we had moved out of state, and we were again not notified. I would not recommend this company to anyone. This was the worst experience we had with a real estate agency.
