Experiencia negativa: Just Beware, agent had over 45 active listings at the time he had our home listed. Tried selling our home with him for over half a year. Nothing! Switched realtors, we sold it in 45 days. He was a nice of enough guy, I don’t have anything bad to say about him directly. Just his business model is not great! At least for this current market. Maybe during Covid when all you had to do is put a sign up on your lawn and you had 4 offers.
