Experiencia fantástica: Well, I don’t think any seller agent would disagree that selling a home during a pandemic is challenging. Before the pandemic, we had already decided to sell our investment property of 19 years in 2020. Our tenant’s lease was coming to an end and we knew she was interested in downsizing. So, we called Diana. Diana had already sold one of our investments during the winter of 2018 – and it went very quickly. We didn’t hesitate to call her again for this sale – and it also went very quickly. With the listing right in the middle of the pandemic, our house was also occupied by our tenant. This compounded the challenge for showings, because we wanted to minimize the disruption to our tenants. Also, during this time our tenants were beginning their move-out. So, Diana had more than a couple of challenges for selling. Diana took the helm on working with the tenant and putting them at ease regarding showings. She also made sure only qualified buyers could see the house. I think there were only 3 showings before we had a sales contract. All of which happened within a week after showings began. Diana handled all the negotiations and we got the full list price. Given all the challenges, we couldn’t have asked for a smoother sale process. Diana is very knowledgeable of the Leesburg area/Loudoun real estate. If the house needs staging, she’s prepared to help with furniture and accessories. We have over 30 years of experience, buying, selling and renting real estate. In that regard we need agent that is just as savvy as we are or better. Diana checks off that box for us. Would we recommend Diana? Yes, very much. If you’re a first-time buyer or an investor that lives outside the area.
