Experiencia fantástica: I took some time to find a Realtor with experience selling in Rossmoor, and finding Karen was a breath of fresh air. I was juggling quite a bit when I started the sale process for my condo, and I needed an agent who was both supportive and incredibly capable. Karen stepped in and took the lead immediately. Her knowledge of Rossmoor’s specific nuances is unmatched, which gave me total confidence throughout the process. Experiencia fantástica: Karen helped me find a condo in an over 55 community. She has an excellent understanding of the real estate market in general and also was able to guide me through the non-standard process of buying in a retirement community. Karen has a good understanding of what condos in the retirement community were actually worth, which allowed me to make a bid that the seller accepted and that also saved me a good amount of money. During the buying process, Karen responded promptly to any questions I had. I am writing this from the condo that Karen helped me buy. This unit is a great fit for me. Yes at times it was stressful dealing with some slight renovations on our property. However at the end of our experience we bought a really nice condo with a working washer and dryer . We got a referral to a really nice contractor and had our bathrooms redone. Thanks again Karen we loved working with you. :) She also brought us a cute first time home buyer basket . :)

Experiencia fantástica: Working with Karen in selling our home was such a delight! From the planning to closing, she really executed and met our expectations. She was very honest from the get-go, and she really laid out many factors to consider during the drastic turn of the market. We were moving to another state so the process before listing was nothing less of stressful for us, and the best thing about her is really making herself available personally for us- not her staff but her. She came over multiple times and explained to us our options and what she could do to make it less nerve wracking and I’m glad we listened. Despite the drastic change in the market we were able to profit well on our home- thanks to her strategies and finding us a great buyer through her network. We were able to close in more or less than 3 weeks. Highly recommend Karen!

Experiencia fantástica: Best of the Best! Selling or Shopping for a home is no easy task. Karen takes all the guesswork out of the equation and simplifies the process with her extensive experience in knowing what works and what doesn’t. Whether your looking to buy, sell or lease Karen is all you need! She’s built a reputation for going the extra mile for all her clients and it shows with her repeat business of HAPPY Customers. She is always there to help, by providing assistance in each step of the process, May it be a loan or a 1031 exchange or even by helping you move to California from across the county. Experiencia fantástica: Karen is nothing if not exceptional. My husband and truly enjoyed working with Karen Ho. She definitely did understand what are needs were and did not waste anyones time looking at properties that we could not afford or in locations were we would not feel comfortable. Karen is truly interested in being a dedicated and resourceful agent. She is Spot-On with all the next steps. When it became time for the bidding process, we trusted her judgment, and only provided certain limits. She won that contest for us. Professional. Knowledgeable. Delightful personality. Hard working. Karen is most definitely a Real Estate treasure and person.

Experiencia fantástica: Karen is an ethical problem solver, a great listener, and a friend! Karen pointed out to me that my first lender was not ethical as the charges listed did not reflect any effort to buy down points. She convinced me to cancel the loan and find someone else, which I did. I was a bit wiser, so when the second lender showed me their costs, I was able to propose buying down my rate by purchasing points and negotiate a lower closing cost. The lender agreed. After months of getting to know me and what I wanted, Karen thought it would be best to simplify my search by targeting one investment property instead of two. Shorty, after I came to that same conclusion, the stress lifted, and in no time, Karen found a renovated condo which I approved. The condo had a few things that needed to be fixed before I would proceed with the purchase. Karen handled the communication until the seller fulfilled all my requests. Due to my overwhelming work schedule, I hired Karen to find a tenant for me. Shortly after escrow closed, she found a young couple who wanted to move in. They moved in a week after she found them and met them. That was fast!!!!!!!!!!!! I could not have navigated this finance and real estate minefield without Karen's guidance. I am lucky to have found her and hope to stay in contact with her for future opportunities. I would suggest to anyone out there looking for a friend to reach out to Karen during this stressful process. She will find a solution. -Joe

She is very thorough, she follows up on every lead for eith er selling or buying and is actively out there talking up a unit for sale and hunting for a new one. She goes above and beyond the call of duty, adding services that are not really part of the job. She is polite, aitent, and thorough and listens to her clients. Yay! A realtor who really hasa her client's best interests at heart.

Experiencia fantástica: In a world of greed, lack of attention to details and mediocrity, treat yourself to Karen if you want to buy and/or sell. This woman has done more for me in the last week, than ALL the realtors I've had combined in the last 6 years. Karen Ho has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND the line of duty looking out for my highest good, she is honest, kind, assertive, and does not miss a beat! I had a very difficult situation and this woman left no stone unturned on my behalf. I HIGHLY recommend her.
