Experiencia fantástica: We met Ofer at an open house that was across from where we were currently living. We weren't even looking to buy but Ofer spent time chatting with us and getting to know us. He followed up via phone to check-in as he knew we were eventually going to be looking. He was patient and persistent and kept following up to check-in every few months (in the most helpful and non-pushy way - his genuine interest in helping us find our home won us over). About 1 year later we were finally ready! We have had some negative experiences previously in the house hunting process in another state (putting in multiple offers without success over 2 years) so we were a bit hesitant. Ofer took the time to make sure we were comfortable with every step (helping to push us when needed, but also giving us space when we needed), explaining everything (sometimes multiple times), always being available to address questions via email, text and phone, even making us a recorded "lecture" going through the various parts of an offer so we could review it on our own. When we finally found our home, it was the first time we put in an offer with Ofer, and we had success! We were shocked, but then again we had Ofer so we should have known better! Ofer pays attention to details with people, builds relationships and understands how to build the best offer based on our own needs and what he can learn about the seller's needs. He has finesse and is very skillful in understanding the bay area and even when the market changes quickly, he still has his finger on the pulse. We always felt confident and well taken care of working with Ofer and his entire team (including Revital, his wife) - they treat you like you are the most important and only client, as well as a friend. We really appreciated Ofer’s sense of humor to help lighten the mood during what can be a very stressful time. We can’t recommend Ofer and his team enough – although we don’t want to move anytime soon, we plan on returning to use Ofer when the time is ready and recommend him to all our family and friends!

Ofer and Revital were incredibly patient, thorough, well-informed, and well-connected at every stage of what proved to be an eight-month process. I don’t know what realtor would have stuck out that period with the loyalty and grace that Ofer showed to my mother. His comp sales estimates were detailed, nuanced, and realistic enough to give her the confidence and information she needed to not only list her home - but to optimize the closing price by putting in the work to repair, upgrade, and stage her home for the market. Ofer’s connections truly shone at this stage: his contractors did their work on time, on budget, and with taste and attention to detail. The house looked amazing, and throughout the repair and upgrade process, no issue, detail, or even store receipt was too minor for either Ofer or the contractor team to personally address as I assisted my mother on this phase of the selling process. Next up was putting the house on the market, and the weekly cycle of Open Houses. Ofer and Revital not only showed the listing, they consistently steered buyers to those Open Houses. Even a weeks-long smoldering wildfire down the road in Pittsburg and a punishingly hot summer couldn’t stop them from getting people through the front door to see the staged house at its best. Every purchase offer made was carefully recorded, considered, and promptly responded to during the showing process - we could be confident that we were getting the most accurate and up to date bids, and nobody's precious time was going to waste. Finally Ofer closed the sale, with his characteristic eye for detail, consistent follow through, and respectful determination to see to the mutual satisfaction and understanding of all parties involved. My business partner and I worked with a handful of agents during our search for a property in the bay. We were very fortunate to come across Ofer and Revital- they blew the other agents out of the water. They were prompt and available for any questions or concerns we had, and in the end, we sold our house in minimal time with multiple offers when the market was starting to slide just a bit and after the prime time for spring buy/sell.
