From the moment we signed the paperwork, she went to work getting the word out through neighborhood fliers, social media, listings, etc. Because Ashley felt that the market was doing well, she wanted get the house on market as soon as we could. So we scheduled back to back open houses, on the first weekend, after signing the paperwork. Those open houses, ended up being the only ones that we would schedule! The two days brought in numerous potential buyers and produced multiple offers...several that were over our asking price!
