Experiencia negativa: So, my friends & I applied to a place through zillow and we were connected with Austin Diana. We were denied the first apartment which was 2 bedrooms due to sizing, (okay fair) however, she offered us a 3 bedroom apartment which gave us the impression she was interested. So, we toured it and expressed our interest. Austin had reached out - NO, harassed our current landlord, reaching out to her multiple times, even after my landlord has explained that she was working and would let her know when she was finished. Austin then proceeded to ask us when we would like to begin a lease. (Now doesn’t that tell you we got the apartment)? We said 11/01/2023 (apartment was ready for move in) and we were completely ghosted. We’ve reached out multiple times (like she did my landlord) and still no response. We would’ve completely understood if it was rented out but it would’ve been nice if she communicated with us considering it is her job to communicate for a living. But anyways, thank you Austin for your absence during this whole ordeal because it brought us to a better opportunity.
