Experiencia fantástica: Wanda rocks! On signing day we went for a final walk through and the house had been intentionally flooded by the tenants! They took their fridge and washing machine and left the ice maker line running pointing into the living room. Wanda kept us from signing and sorted everything out with the other agent and the seller. It took an extra month but we were able to close on a house with fixed up flooring. Thanks Wanda!

Experiencia fantástica: Wanda Merees is a very loving realtor. After my mother-in-law passed away in November 2022, Wanda helped us on what we should and should not do to sell our house. Then when it was time to put it up for sale it was hard for my husband, but she help him through it, he was very stressed on the sale of the house. In the end the stress level went down. She also help us out any way she could to make sure that the house would sale. In the end we are very happy and now we are starting over with a new house in Oregon when we find the right one. If I could I would have had Wanda help us with the house in Oregon that we are also trying to buy now. If there where more stars I would have giving you guys 100 stars. You guys ROCK and we LOVE YOU guys.

Her geographic knowledge paired with her understanding of current RE trends made her feedback and recommendations to us invaluable. She was incredibly communicative and went out of her way to walk us through each process and form step-by-step, respected our wishes and advocated for us every step of the way. We let her know we had a tight timeline to sell, and she somehow got the house prepped, listed, and 3 offers on the table (at asking with contingencies waived!) within 5 days of our initial contact with her- we couldn't believe it! When the buyers threw us multiple last-minute curveballs, Amanda immediately assessed our options and weighed them to us to get us the best outcome. Not only this, but she helped us finding someone to help with cleaning, yardwork, and removal of junk within hours of finding out it needed to be done. We cannot say enough how lucky we are to have worked with Amanda. We've worked with a number of RE agents, and she is by far the greatest we've had the pleasure of working with. Supported by her team at Menees Realty, Wanda kept me informed at all times, making for a smooth selling – closing experience.

Experiencia negativa: Recommend to use another Real Estate Agent to avoid poor performance and perhaps fraudulent behavior. 1 June, 2021 Subject: Letter to BBB Re: closing in Port Orchard WA, with listing agent W. Menees The real estate transaction on the above property was filled with errors, omissions and possibly fraudulent claims by the seller / listing broker. - Seller Disclosure forms o LP siding not disclosed. An error / omission for a Sr. broker at the least, and possibly fraud to make the property look better. o Up Stairs fridge – built in and not listed as “excluded” from sale. - Residential Agent Detail Report lists a garbage disposal, none exists - Above Report refers to a “2nd Kitchen” {upstairs}. Prior to offer, there was a sink, hot plate, refrigerator and countertop/shelves. At possession, only a sink and countertop/shelves. Error, omission, or Fraud? - Seller Cleaning. Seller shall… remove all trash, debris & rubbish from the Property prior to buyer taking possession. This did not happen and required $2950 to comply. Any buyer of a high value property would expect a professional & honest representation from both brokers. When discussed, the listing broker sited legalese excuses and a caveat emptor absolution of her poor performance. I want to warn future customers & businesses to avoid potentially poor or fraudulent behavior.

She helped us write our offer to make sure ours was the top offer. Wanda was always very responsive whenever we called making herself available. Breona was the first to really listen to me, find out exactly what kind of house I was looking for and where, and anytime a home came on the market that matched my criteria, made sure I knew about it immediately. I’ve been working 6 days a week the last 10 months and Sundays were the only time I had available to visit listings. Breona always found time out of her day to show me houses.
