Experiencia fantástica: Tami and Taylor are amazing, and saying that feels hollow because I can’t think of a word that truly capture the essence of their work. It is rare to find someone who is genuinely passionate and in love with what they do, but the Rexrodes are perfect examples. And for these women, I believe realty means so much more than just selling and purchasing homes. They understand the emotional and physical toll this process takes on individuals and families, and that understanding shows up in their work effortlessly. We reached out to the Rexrodes in early June and shared that we were searching for a realtor. They found a spot that was convenient for us, accommodated our four-- and five-year-old girls bouncing around, and brought so much helpful information before we even said we wanted to work with them. Not general information, but information specific to us. We felt so comfortable with them. It was like catching up with a friend you hadn’t spoken to in a while. Now, we had a very ambitious desire. It was June, and we wanted to try to move before school started, or close to it, in August. The Rexrodes didn’t bat an eye, and once we chose them as our realtors, it was full steam ahead. That same week, we toured homes and prepared our home to go on the market. Within two weeks, we’d cleaned, organized, and put our home on the market. Notice I said we. Tami and Taylor came into our home judgment-free and supported us in getting it viewing-ready. They also prepared us for the emotional and physical part. We were contingent, so we were still living in our home while it was on the market. They let us know that the process could be difficult and stressful, but gave us best practices to mitigate that. They got our girls involved and included them in many aspects of the process, and I truly believe that made the transition easier for them. We had to make some tough decisions, but we never felt pressured. Tami and Taylor always waited for us to ask their opinion, and they shared pros and cons with every decision we brought to them. We always felt informed and supported in our decision-making, and it was an added benefit to have both Tami and Taylor because they sometimes had differing opinions on how to move forward. They have a great network, and everyone they recommended, from lenders to contractors and inspectors, was top-tier. They really made a stressful process less stressful. They rarely, if at all, let us add additional stress on ourselves. For example, if we needed to pick up or drop something off, they’d take care of it even when we insisted we could do it. There were so many times when I thought to myself, “I’m so grateful the Rexrodes are handling that.” I know they did so much behind the scenes. They were so responsive. They answered text messages and phone calls, and if they were unavailable, they’d let us know when they could get back to us. We ended up closing and moving five weeks after school started, and maybe could’ve moved a bit earlier if we'd followed some of the Rexrodes' advice sooner. Even now that we’re getting settled in, the Rexrodes are still reaching out to make sure we’re taking care of final tasks and have what we need. I couldn’t imagine doing this process without the Rexrodes. There is probably an aspect of their support that I’m leaving out because they did so much for our family. You couldn’t go wrong choosing the Rexrodes as your realtors, and you may even gain new family and friends.

Tami truly went above and beyond for us throughout the entire home-buying process. Since we were moving from out of state, there were many details and logistics to manage, but Tami made everything feel smooth and stress-free. She communicated with us every step of the way, kept my husband, and me on the same page, and always looked out for our best interests. Whether I texted her during the day or late in the evening, she made herself available and responded as soon as she could. Tami is incredibly resourceful. She provides the kind of personal, traditional service that is so hard to find today, meeting in person, calling, texting, and making sure every detail is clearly understood. Her daughter works alongside her, and their teamwork is exceptional. If Tami is unavailable, her daughter is there to help, and they are always completely informed and on the same page. You never feel as though you are being passed off to an assistant who doesn’t know what is happening. Tami is truly one of a kind. She is professional, attentive, dependable, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. Our experience was wonderful, and she made such an important transition go so smoothly. We are incredibly grateful to her and would recommend her without hesitation!
