Amy had more clear experience selling an estate house. She had a clear plan on how she would market the property as a luxury estate and gain wide exposure, and how she would help us get maximum value on the sale. She staged the house with real furniture, and I can't say enough about how much of a difference this made! The house looked incredible! She had excellent advice on how to prepare the house for sale, without spending a lot of money on renovations. Her photographer was everything she promised and more, waiting for an evening to find real sunset photos looking over Puget Sound! She had excellent connections with landscapers, cleaners, etc. that worked fast, efficiently, and cost-effectively. Amy sent us weekly progress updates getting the house ready for sale, and updates every week while the house was on the market. She helped us go through the closing property remotely, since all of us siblings live in other states. I highly recommend Amy as a great realtor!

She took the time to do her homework about out home before our appt, she give an honest assessment of our home and what we would need to do to maximize the sale. When the home was ready to sell, she and her photographer made an incredible video of the home showing all it's highlights. The listing went live and with in a few weeks we had a buyer in a very crazy market. She really put forth the effort to be available for all our questions and concerns, walked us through processes and kept us informed as well as being a calming soul to keep us at ease when we were getting overwhelmed by how fast things were progressing. Now on the buy side. In our first meeting appt, we presented her with a wish list of what we were looking for. This was one of the things i think that helped her help us. No guess work, she was able to send us listings that were as close to our wish list as can be possible. During our search she presented us with a few homes that were just outside of our price point BUT met our needs. These homes had been on market for a bit longer than some so we decided to view them. Home number 2 was a home run for us. We had a discussion and decided to come in with an offer in our price range and less than a few hours later our offer was accepted.
