Experiencia fantástica: Tracie is by far one of the best realtors. She showed so much patience and helpfulness throughout selling and buying our homes. I couldn’t recommend her more than anyone. Unbelievably grateful that she was with us during our massive life change.

Tracie overcame adversity and stuck with us through the entire process to get us into our new home! She's one of the best! I can't thank her enough. Her and her team was on it every step of the way and communication was top notch.

Experiencia fantástica: Diemert Properties, Tracy, We have been so impressed by Tracy and how her team does business She has been our relator for many years When we are looking for a house she is the one to go to. She helped us find the perfect house for dad. He lived there until he passed. Tracy made sure his house sold for a fair price. The company is like family. We are always treated with respect and we are not pressured when she takes us to look at a property. Diemert properties will always be our go to relator.

Experiencia fantástica: Tracie was one of three referrals we received from our Dave Ramsey inquiry. After meeting with each, we knew without doubt, that Tracie was who we wanted to work with. She was quick to respond to emails/texts, friendly demeanor, and was spot on with the facts and data we needed. Although we ended up postponing our listing, (for over a year) Tracie would continue to respond to my random questions immediately, and with enthusiasm, which made me feel like my business mattered to her. I must reiterated, she had no idea if we would eventually list with her or sell our home at all. It didn't matter, she maintained her commitment to service with me throughout the entire time. THAT is why we chose her to list out home! Our listing process was calm, precise, efficient, and gave me everything I needed to trust her and her the company with our highest valued (and most emotional) asset. Tracie and her team were exactly what we hoped for, we are grateful to all of them. Please know, that all the small details that you took care of, for example sock covers/signs for the open house, immediate and attentive text responses...EACH AND EVERY TIME :), smiles and encouragement, and the welcome home basket, really do make a difference in what is a very significant time on ones life. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: Tracie Diemert Properties helped me search and find my property in Arlington. I fully enjoyed the process. 5 Stars 🌟

Experiencia fantástica: Tracie Diemert and her team are awesome!!! Tracie helped me sell my parents home, not an easy task as their home was an absolute nightmare. Tracie stuck with us for over a year to buy a home for our adult son with disabilities. Please, contact Tracie to get my phone number so I can share two amazing tasks Tracie made for us. A sale and a purchase. Highly recommended for the best experience 👌

Experiencia fantástica: The Diemert properties group has been such a wonderful company to work with!! We have gone through them for multiple property purchases and will continue to do so, Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first time selling a house. Despite a few bumps a long the way Tracie was there every step of the way answering questions and relaying messages after 9pm at night! If you want a dedicated agent that is passionate about her job look no further.

Experiencia fantástica: Lara was by far the best agent I've ever had working with us to find a home. She kept in contact, encouraged us to keep looking until we were sure we were happy and really made sure closing was a breeze. I can't recommend her enough. Update from 2022: Used Lara again, this time as a selling agent. Her company offered several similar services to Redfin's concierge service at the same rate so I went with them. Was not disappointed!

Experiencia fantástica: Tracie and her team are amazing very professional and knowledgeable on what the market is doing. Sold the house in a week! Thank you Tracie and team for making it seamless for us! I would Highly recommend Diemert Properties to sell your property!!

Experiencia fantástica: The fact that we're going back to her to help us sell the property she helped us buy, and that I recommended her to a friend, should speak volumes

Experiencia fantástica: Rozana Keiffer was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, available to show homes at a days notice, and willing to drive different locations and cities as we weren't set on one particular city. We are first time home buyers, and while the process could be stressful and disappointing after looking for homes and putting in bids on multiple homes over a year and a half, Rozana finally helped us find the right house for our family. Admittedly, most of the homes we missed out on was because of this seller's market, and as first time home buyers, our at times unwillingness (due to not understanding the market) to go up in price to what was most realistic in this market. She was patient, super kind, and flexible and we would recommend her to any first time home buyer, especially as she gave us advice when writing offers that made us look more appealing and secure as buyers, and ultimately helped us get our first home.

Experiencia fantástica: So thankful we had Tracie by our side during our first time buying experience. It was a rough road at times but she was there to encourage and push us along.

Experiencia fantástica: We have used Tracie twice and I think that says it all. Tracie was always there to help us and answer all my 1000 questions. You can here her smile in your conversations and that's comforting during a house buying process. Thank you Tracie and team.

Experiencia positiva: Tracie came completely prepared with everything I needed to know upfront. A total professional and eminently personable. When she left after the first meeting, I did not say to myself “ I wish I had asked”. Vey happy with my experience.

Experiencia fantástica: We could not be happier with the level of service we got from Tracie. She is very professional and was able to accommodate our crazy schedule. She handled every interaction with attentiveness and top notch service. Tracie was patient with us as we looked at many different properties. She listened to what we liked and didn’t like and was able to preview properties and eliminate any that she knew would not be a good fit to our needs. She never tried to talk us into anything we didn’t want just to make a sale. Working with her felt like working with a trusted friend. She was always available for questions and concerns. She has a great reputation in the industry and was one of the main reasons our offer was chosen over a higher competing offer. We would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.

Experiencia fantástica: Lara Fernandez was a huge help in finding a home for me. She took into account what I wanted in a home and showed me numerous houses that fit me well before we finally found the perfect one. She also worked around my schedule and was very flexible in helping me move quickly to make an offer.

Experiencia fantástica: Tracie and her team go above and beyond to sell your home and get you the highest possible price. They understand the market, fluctuations, how to help you stage your home, present it in the best light, and alleviate the stress of negotiations. They helped us sell our home in 2.5 days!! I would use them again in a heart beat if needed.

Experiencia fantástica: Tracie and her team provided unbelievably outstanding service! Everything Tracie said she would do, she did. And far more. She made selling my house absolutely painless and incredibly easy for me. I had reasonably high expectations for her, and was blown away as all my expectations were far exceeded. I don't usually make recommendations but note that it would be a mistake to not choose Tracie when in need of a real estate agent.

Experiencia fantástica: I worked with Tracie in 2020-2021 and highly recommend her. She was thoroughly helpful, extremely professional and very responsive and hands on. This was smack dab in the middle of the pandemic when real estate inventory was at an all time low and so were mortgage rates but it was extremely hard to find good properties. We were completely new to home buying and were certainly naive. Tracie walked us through all the steps, made sure we understood and was always open to answer any questions/anxieties we had. We never felt pushed by her to buy a property so whenever she gave her opinion we knew it was genuine. Tracie is also very friendly and personable. We feel she's now become a part of the family now and are greatly thankful to her for helping us find our home.

Experiencia fantástica: Tracie is amazing. She helped us find our home and guided us throughout the process. She was super patient and helpful answering every question we had along the way. The best thing about working with Tracie was she was never pushy, gave us all the details and suggestions but let us think through and never rushed us. She was on top of things and always available to help. I would definitely recommend her for your house search journey. It is a stressful process and Tracie definitely helps to make it as stress free as possible.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely amazing experience!!! Tracie helped us find our forever home and made the process EXTREMELY EASY for us!! We will be recommending Diemert Properties Group to all of our family and friends in need of a realtor :):):) Tracie was so thoughtful and efficient throughout our entire experience; we couldn't be happier with her!! Update: 4-30-21 Tracie is truly amazing; we were having trouble with a mistake that our lenders made for our property taxes, and I was able to contact Tracie 2 months after our closing date and out of the blue, and she made calls right away (during the EVENING) and our problem was finally fixed the next day!!! If you are looking for a realtor, seriously, look no further!!!! Tracie is the real deal! I will recommend her to everyone I know. I must admit that I was not the easiest client to deal with. They made our experience easy and worry free! Buying or selling, Diemart Properties is for YOU!

Experiencia fantástica: Tracie was the best real estate agent to work with. She was helpful every step of the way. After our listing we had an offer 3 days after listing. While another agent from a different agency stated we would not be able to sell out house with many costly upgrades that he thought that needed done (granite counter tops etc).

Experiencia fantástica: Tracie and her team did an amazing job representing my wife and I finding the right home for us! We couldn't be happier with Tracie's expertise and professionalism. Her responsiveness also separates her from other realtors we have used previously.

Experiencia fantástica: Tracie and her team were amazing! Everyone was super friendly and always quick to respond to the many questions you have during a home buying process. This team made home buying a very pleasant experience!

Experiencia fantástica: Tracie helped us with a home purchase a few years ago, which she was very helpful and great to work with. When I needed to help my father sell a mobile home she also helped the whole process. She was very patient with us and with the whole process. It took a couple months to fine the "right" buyer as she had told me when things didn't go as we expected. Thank you so much Tracie for all your help!

Experiencia fantástica: Tracie and her team were absolutely phenomenal! Tracie was so very patient and encouraging and supportive with all of our questions and concerns. Anytime I was feeling discouraged Tracie would listen and seemed to always have the right thing say and worked her butt off to help us find what we wanted while also having the ability to help keep us grounded. Tracie was always available and responded quickly. We always felt supported and knew Tracie was there to go to bat for us. I would recommend Tracie and her team to any one! Amazing😊

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I were looking to buy a house but didn't even know where to start. Aly Hess was so helpful! She showed us houses that fit our budget and directed us to every one else who helped us through the process. She is so friendly and very responsive to your questions.

Experiencia fantástica: Tracie and her team are amazing! Always on top of things and very communicative so we knew where things stood every step of the way. We have worked with Tracie on 3 transactions now and would HIGHLY recommend her and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Experiencia fantástica: Tracie Diemert and her team were really wonderful to work with. We found Tracie when we searched for ELPs recommended by Dave Ramsey. From the very beginning we felt that Tracie was a good match for our family. She was never pushy, always willing and able to answer questions no matter how redundant, and her communication was always prompt. The process of us buying our home went so smoothly; my wife and I were not expecting such a smooth process and I believe it is in large part to Tracie's competence, excellent communication, and her great team behind her. Would highly recommend. Thanks Tracie!

Experiencia fantástica: Alyssa Alexander was amazing! She helped us get into our dream home with ease. She is very professional and is a hard worker. She helped us through the entire process and explained everything that was happening. This was our first home we bought and we couldn’t be happier! I would absolutely recommend her and the Diemert team to help make your dream home come true!!

She is very knowledgeable about the market, and she was at the top of her game keeping me informed every step of the way. I will certainly recommend her to everyone that I know, and those who I may come in contact with that Tracie Diemert is the person to have on their team! Thanks Tracie!

Both Tracie and her whole team where amazing and helped through the whole process to make a situation that is stressful as stress free as possible. I would hands down recommended her. 😀

Experiencia fantástica: Tracie is absolutely amazing! We had an unconventional home to sell, and very specific needs for a home to buy. She has a breadth of knowledge and experience, which made all the difference in our selling and buying. Tracie has also developed a wonderful team - every one of them was knowledgeable, professional, and very kind hearted. We were supported the whole way by Tracie and her team, and always knew what to expect next. Selling and buying a home is hard, but Tracie helped us keep our eyes on the prize, and we couldn’t be happier.

Experiencia fantástica: Tracie was a fantastic Agent through the entire home buying process. She truly went above and beyond making sure everything went smoothly. Whether she was just checking in or making sure every last bit of paperwork was signed, she made everything happen in a timely manner. No matter what time of day she was quick on the draw to answer whatever communication came up and if she wasn't available to show us a house one of her equally-skilled assistants was there to cover.
