Experience with Victoria has been terrible, she doesnt respond on time, she doesnt care about new prospective tenants and is lazy in her job. She was the sole reason I ended up not choosing Estelle Creek. She didn't action on my request for weeks. Management please action as one bad person make the whole team's name go bad. I might end up choosing Estelle creek again if Victoria is gone. But my decision is highly based on my experience with victoria

Experiencia negativa: Worst experience ever!! The washer and dryer doesn't even work we always had to go to super fuels for the laundry and the space would be full of weeds i nearly fainted while trying to do my laundry!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: This Estelle Creek North is awesome! From the ladies at the front office to the maintenance crew, it is a clean and quiet environment. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming! The neighbors go out and come in from work on a mission. You take your own trash to the dumpster, and it is emptied routinely by the vendor waste management timely and punctual. No overloads or spillage waste built-up around it! There also has not been any water outages or cable outages. Water pressure in the sinks and shower are decent and temperature is adjusted at an adequate scale. Parking is open. No assigned parking. You can park nearly anywhere, plenty of empty spots, and plenty of steps to get in as well. I haven't tried out the pool yet, since I moved in the fall months, but it is cool to look at as you walk past to go to the mailbox wall. Deliveries- I have had Amazon come by a couple times, and no porch pirates or issues. People work hard for their money and respect others property. I have yet to try food delivery. That's next.

Experiencia negativa: Thankful this place got me in when I moved across the country in a hurry. But I have to be honest, it was hell living there and my worst apartment experience ever. I am glad I was fortunate enough to move on. This place is Completely roach infested And all other sorts of bugs and critters. It’s completely out of control. Coyotes roaming through the parking lot at night. Cars being broken into. Had two of my packages stolen in the 18 months I lived there. Water pipes bursting left and right and then it takes them a week to come remove the water. But wait it gets better! They didn’t even remove the old carpet! they just sucked the water up and cleaned it. You can’t get that smell out! And then they didn’t even fix the ceiling damage in my bedroom! They even left debris and a hole in the ceiling in the hot water heater closet. I’m sure there is mold in the walls and under the floors. Completely overpriced for outdated apartments. As I mentioned I am grateful they were able to help me keep a roof over my head. But I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anyone who has other options. The ladies in the office are very nice and helpful though. I’m sure everyone is doing there best.

Experiencia fantástica: I lived on the Woodmeade side of the complex for almost two years. The area is quiet and you can't really hear the airplanes unless you are outside. I had a good experience overall, and Christy plus Mike in the office always went above and beyond expectations. Like any place you live in there are things that need to be taken care of. The office and maintenance at Estelle Creek/Woodmeade always did that for me.

Experiencia fantástica: Although I'm new to the Estelle creek scene, my opinion will be honest. The office staff GREAT, the maintenance team A1. The neighbors have been friendly. The environment is peaceful. The only downside is if you are sensitive to overhead plane noise then you may find it difficult to acclimate to. Outside of that I think you will love it. Experiencia fantástica: Neat and clean commonly used areas. Management is very respectful towards residents. Centrally located. All major attractions including airport, shopping malls, Walmart, Ross, Home Depot etc are merely at 5-10 minutes drive. Excellent emergency response and precautionary measures during tough weather conditions.

Experiencia positiva: 6/28/22 This complex could use some improvements..it's just the fact that these apartments are 'old', yet getting too expensive like the new fancy ones. I barely have one I could afford, but when I had to renew my lease last year, my rent went up, along with everyone else's! Management is pretty cool-- the people are nice and they gave me permission to plant some sunflowers. There has been way too many notices on the door-- water being shut off, chimney inspections, patio inspections, etc. The pool has hardly been open for some reason, but when it's open, there's too many people there or there are men trying to bbq and end up taking lots of space. Every morning around 4-5a.m., an idiot in a white Chevy suburban gets ready for work by driving really slow and blasting his stupid music as loud as he can-- all you can hear is BOOM BOOM BOOM! No need for an alarm to wake you up, because that fool will do it! If you move here, please make sure you get a few ring cameras or any cam of some sort... a few months back, there was a shooting--late at night, there's also people walking around stealing packages from your door or going through the dumpsters with the raccoons. My meds were stolen right from my door when I had given instructions to put it in a certain area. **If you use Amazon, just get your things sent to the Hub at the QT store on Beltline and 161 or the Amazon counter at Whole Foods.

Experiencia negativa: I would like to leave an honest review officially being here 3 days short of a month. Pros: -Management is okay as long as you do your part. Close parking all hours of the day. Quiet community. What doesn’t bother me but may bother some: -Airplane noises -No fans or light fixtures in bedroom Cons: -The VERY MINUTE I moved my last bit of furniture in my new home that I am bound to for 15 months, I see a roach…two of them. I thought well these are older apartments, I figured there were gonna be some here and there BUT NO, on average I’ve killed about 3-5 A DAY. I draw the line when they enter my bedroom. There was a roach crawling under the eye of the stove WHILE I was cooking. I don’t keep any groceries as I am afraid roaches will get to them first. -Upon touring, I was told my unit would be 1st floor upgraded unit with hardwood floors throughout. When I moved in, I was on the first floor, yes, but leasing agent told me because of severe damages from previous tenants, I had to settle for carpet. and the stove and refrigerator looks like 1998 and with that compromise on my end, there wasn’t any rent decrease. -There was a smell so horrid coming from the bathroom and in the closet(located behind shower) I knew immediately that it was pink and black mold, mold was painted over and the built in soap holder had mold under it as well. I am afraid to be anywhere in my own home other than my room. -Management does not answer the phone.

Experiencia negativa: Despite being a fairly decent looking community, and having nice apartment homes, Estelle Creek North is in business to make money, PERIOD! There's a fee for practically everything they can think of. For me personally, I was charged a non refundable double deposit because they had trouble verifying my rental history. Let's think about this for a second. For starters, you not being able to verify my rental history has absolutely nothing to do with me but ok so you charge me one deposit...but 2?! Like really really? Ok got it, Estelle Creek North. Lastly, many apartment homes will have mis-matched appliances which to me is just ridiculous considering how much money Americans are having to pay for rent these days. Apartments are quick to react if a tenant is out of line but let it be them and there's always some sort of validated excuse as to why things are the way they are. You play entirely too much for me, Estelle Creek North but I am NOT the one so we'll see how things play out for the remainder of my time here. That is all, goodbye. Edit: I forgot to add that the mismatch appliances are outdated. They have the audacity to leave me with a dishwasher from 1999 and state since it’s working, they don’t feel that it needs to be replaced. Finally, I’m beyond tired of hearing constant roaring in the skies day and night due to the DFW Airport. I have no idea why this city would literally build living communities right next to an airport. Definitely will NOT be renewing my lease here.

Experiencia negativa: Very rude stuff and once you start living with them they charge your for useless things. They service are totally poor level I didn’t had water and electricity for 12 days in winter. They have poor maintains everytime you call somebody to fix it they charge you for it and plus they don’t fix it properly. Don’t waste your money and time here. Once you leave the apartment they will charge you for the damages that you have even done it.

Experiencia negativa: Poor staffing. Poor communication. Call to speak to a manager told they aren’t in the office call tomorrow at 9 am they will be in. Call at 9am told manager isn’t in the office. Explain that our apartment is flooded has been flooded for four days it’s smells of Mildrew and they said they are getting someone to come out to clean the carpet. The carpets have been soaked for four days and been smelling of Mildrew/probably mold for two days? And they just want to clean the carpet? The water came in through the walls that’s means there probably water in between the wall? There no way they can just clean the carpet when waters been sitting on it for four days and probably longer considering they aren’t even telling us when they are coming so mold going to grow and you think cleaning it where you can’t see is safe? Not safe. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
Experiencia negativa: Poor staff. Reported cold water said they was going to schedule maintenance to come out and fix. Waited a week in the freezing cold winter. Never came called again said we never called and reported, so we reported again, waited another week, still nothing. Called a third time after it’s been almost three weeks threaten to call health department finally someone came out that day and made a smart comment about the water being so hot we won’t be able to take a shower. Water was still barely hit enough to take a shower in the winter.
Experiencia negativa: Poor Staff and Place to Live Current management is very poor in handling move out with residents. Unnecessary charges are being billed. I got a confirmation through the phone I am good to leave on 9/30/22 (previous move out was 10/15/22) and that I don't have to come in to sign a another paper work. My mistake was not signing but this apartment complex sent me a bill with a late payment to pay $858 for 10/1 - 10/15 and then sent a bill charging me for the entire month of October plus charging for carpet replacement and other unnecessary stuff. We stayed there for 3 years and there was not a day they did carpet cleaning when the lease was renewed. I don't have to give them a 1 star, they are horrible, prey on people for their money. I am filing a complaint with the BBB. Beware they will trick you, make sure to sign and document every communication because they will never honor their word. They wanted to upgrade the blinds and residents were forced to pay for it. How bad is that.

Experiencia negativa: Please do not rent these apartments!! I lived here for a year and the apartments themselves are great for the price but it’s the management that needs some work! The whole time I lived there every time I talked to them they were very evasive and rude and I even had a stocking situation and they did nothing to help nor did they really care, and then when I moved out on December 9 I left my apartment just the way I found it and even cleaned it and they still haven’t returned my security deposit I have called them at least five times to ask an update for that and they keep telling me the same thing which is they have to hear back from the higher management! But now the manager when I call won’t even get on the phone with me he refuses! TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!

Experiencia fantástica: Daisy is a good leasing agent she is the one who moved me in and she had helped me with everything my renters insurance was about to expire & she helped me call my renters insurance company even if I walked in 2 mins before they closed. The maintnance team is very nice & helpful everybody in the office is so nice & professional

Experiencia negativa: if I had the option I'd have given negative stars, Don't move here & I repeat DON'T MOVE HERE, since day one have seen a lot of Roaches!!! in 2019 when snow storm happened there water pipes got busted and it took them weeks to fix it and right after that the management started sending letters to everyone about useless fines , they were giving fine to everyone over everything just so they can have the money to repair there pipes which was none of the residents mistake but still had to pay. secondly, your personal belongings are not SAFE many people had there cars broken into in the middle of the night, instead of taking better steps like installing cameras around the property. The administration send out letters saying keep your personal belongings with you. (was a good step but much more needed to be done to keep the residents and there belonging safe) everywhere you go all the apartments take care of you because you pay them rent and in return they provide you a safe and comfortable place to live but that's not the case here. from my experience of living with them, I have came up with conclusion that these apartment are all about Money Money & Money !!!!!! they would keep giving you fines just so they can make as much as possible from you and on the other hand the quality that they are providing is NOT WORTH IT. when you stop by the office for the first time they would try there 100% to enroll you so they can make up the application fees don't be trapped.(that's how they got me ) Think multiple times!!!!!

Moved in 2 weeks later started seeing roaches called numerous times took over 2 months for them to get someone to spray they came once put a few traps down and caught over 20+ roaches in a week came and did a stronger spray a week later and 2 days after theirs still roaches running up my walls ( keep u in mind I’ve kept this place super clean since I moved in for videos and pictures havnt had food in the apartment for over month have to eat my food outside in my car or on the balcony keep all trash thrown outside in dumpster ) they live in the walls where they have terrible trim jobs and places where theirs no caulking so they just live where ever they want dishwasher hasn’t worked since I moved in been saying they are getting a new one or they change the story to they are gonna fix it but nothing has happened

They have the rules but that doesn't even work on legal person to get apartment. don't waste your time going there and even paying the application fee. It isn't worth your 2 mins of time to fill the application. the leasing consultant aren't properly trained and know their responsibility. they just say they can't do without having valid reasons. even if you are a immigrant with legal status you wont get the apartment with providing the proof and paper stating it. **** don't waste your application fee**.

Experiencia negativa: I had a fine experience for the first year I lived here, not the nicest apartment but you get what you pay for. But after I renewed my lease it all went downhill, so much so that I ended up breaking my lease early just to get out of there. Had an actual animal living in my ceiling and every time I called them about it they acted like it was the first time hearing about it. Took them over three weeks to actually send anyone to check it out. Same issue when I had bugs literally crawling up the walls all the time. And it seems like they haven't provided their maintenance team with any way to communicate with each other other than to yell across the parking lot. When working from home I can hear them yelling all day. Not really the maintenance team's fault but how hard would it be to give them some walkie talkies or something. Be warned that once that lease is signed, good luck ever getting a reply to an email ever again. You have to email at least three different people to get any kind of response. My other big issue is that they don't have any way to electronically sign a lease. They print it out every time and you have to hand deliver it to the leasing office. It's such a pain to fill out a lease by hand, not to mention bad for the environment. Every form I filled out I could see that they had printed, scanned it, and then sent it to me. Why not just sign it electronically from start to finish? It's outdated and inefficient to say the least, especially during a pandemic when you're trying to minimize in-person interactions. I don't know why they even bother having a resident portal when the only thing you can use it for is to submit a maintenance request, which you will likely then have to call and follow up about anyway because it gets lost in the void. This apartment complex is not the kind of place you can live if you want to mind your own business and not feel like your neighbors are keeping tabs on you, which as a single woman living alone was a problem for me. Even if I just went out of town for a weekend I'd have neighbors asking where I was. Maybe you like that kind of thing, but I did not. Finally, if you're someone who eats out a lot, the closest restaurant is at least a 10 minute drive away and most restaurants don't deliver out here. They say the apartment is close to everything, which really means it's not close to anything except the airport. All this to say, it's not worth saving money on rent to live here.

Experiencia fantástica: A very good place to live for the price. Very pet-friendly, and there is no pet rent, only a deposit. My unit is 650 sqft but feels larger because the layout is very open. The carpet and paint were all fresh and new, and the appliances have all consistently worked since I moved in. Never had a bug problem and maintenance is always responsive. You can hear airplanes, but very little traffic noise. The only negatives I have are quite small. The water pressure and temperature in the shower can be inconsistent, and one of the cupboards doesn't quite close. For the price, it's an excellent complex and I would recommend it.

I'm happy to say that the staff has made this process go as smoothly as possible. The apartment is wonderful, the staff is helpful and courteous, and now I can get back to caring for my family. I feel so bad for some of my friends who came to this apartment to live after I recommend for them. I will not be recommending this apartment to any of my friend from now on in future.

While I was living there we had some issues in our apartment and they said they will send people for maintenance but they didn’t. The management of this apartment is the worst I have ever seen. We adjusted with it but the worst thing is when we moved out they charged us way too much for unnecessary things. I have lived in many other apartments and moved out but they never charged us unnecessarily like this apartment. I had recommended my many friends to live there and they had lived there too but now i regret recommending them this apartment and from now I wont recommend any body else I will suggest them not to choose this apartment.

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!.. Please, spend your hard earned money at another property. Lived here for about 4 years. There was an electrical fire in my building late night and the smoke detectors did not go off in ANY of the units. I am so thankful that someone called the fire dept. Addressed with management the following day and Connie had a nonchalant demeanor. To know that people could have died, I expected her response to be empathetic and it was FAR from it. She was more concerned about the building itself.

I have 4 friends who have moved out of this apartment within the last 3 months with the same/similar damages they are claiming as mines who all DEPOSIT covered there’s. I guess because I’m the single parent of 3 my bill can be higher? I’m definitely bringing them to small claims court with my bill and friends bills and pictures. The comparison is 100 percent different. It’s horrible and I hope y’all sleep good at night knowing your charging everyone different prices. 200.00 to paint? I’m confused if anyone stays in an apartment for more than a year, why wouldn’t you paint for the next family? 85.00 for water bill, when I already paid my water bill? I want them to explain every little detail in small claims court and the difference from my friends bill. The apartment was horrible, the air condition went out atleast 4 times a month. You call the emergency maintenance and tell you wait until morning because they can’t work at night, well what’s the purpose of EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE. The people upstairs from me went atleast 2 weeks with a ac unit in there living room window before they actually fixed there’s. So imagine a family having to stay in one room for two weeks. Our light bill was always over 300. When it rains it comes directly in your house, I had to put towels by the front door to catch it. I also had to tape a cardboard to the front door because it didn’t seal and if I didn’t bugs galore would just walk right in my house. They have no dog restriction so just imagine having to sit in your car for over an hour waiting for someone to realize they pit got loose. I had a cat ran in my house once and it took maintenance a hour to get it out all for him to just let him loose out the door. The police stays back there, just parked because so much drug activity is going on. The pool by the clubhouse is always closed because the office staff throws pool parties every night and on weekends In the summer. No playground for the kids so imagine them running around all night with no supervision. I paid for covered parking because if not you had to fight for parking every night. They have a ton of broke cars just parked their. Then to top it off they built a energy plant right next door, so now you’ll see a cancer increase in next year I guarantee you. All those apartments in that area are sister properties, they all share the same maintenance crew so good luck with getting anything done. You have to call them 2-3 times a day just to come fix your air condition. Then say it’s not put down so make sure you get a name of the person who you spoke with. The water faucets would make this horn sound when it came on, could wake the whole neighborhood up. You pay your bill online all for them to send you a notice saying you still owe something. So don’t expect the same bill every month. The rent increases a 100+ every year. They know the apartments are horrible so don’t be blinded by the upkeep of the outside area, the inside is what’s important. They even make you sign a 15 month lease because they know once your leased you gotta stay. It’s was so horrible where my friend apartment was. Dealing with the drugs in that area and upstairs neighbors fighting and her coming home from work late at night didn’t make it better she had to break her lease.

Experiencia negativa: Do yourself a favor and seek out a better clientele as Connie Southers (Manager), Belinda (Receptionist), and Nikki (Office Technician) are ALL rude, hostile, and a no-win for the company as first greeters of this apartment complex. I called to ask questions and was met with hostility, rudeness, and hung-up on now mind you I was asking general questions. I was told by Belinda that "I was told (by Manager) I have to hang up now!" and the line disconnected. I did not call back and figured if this is how they treat potential renters, over the phone, this is not the place for me and should not be for anyone else. Just so the potential apartment looker is looking at this location DON'T AS THEY HAVE ROACHES.

Experiencia negativa: I would NEVER recommend these apartments I moved in 2 days ago seen roaches, told the office, pest control came out and put some gel down when they stated they would spray! I didn’t want ANY roaches in my belongings as I didn’t move in with any roaches. Connie & Nikki are VERY RUDE they were never empathetic with me being that I have an 11 month old and currently pregnant also being that I’m a new tenant. They talked to me disrespectful as I left the office I slammed their door and couple hours later I have a note on my door telling me to vacate! All of this because they didn’t want to spray for roaches CONNIE stated they didn’t spray for roaches because there wasn’t an infestation and there was only a couple of roaches! TERRIBLE SERVICE, save your money and don’t move here they don’t care about their tenants and they don’t care if you live with roaches.

Experiencia negativa: Its cheap for now, and the new manager is pretty great. But the actually staff pretty much sucks. They just started towing, but are doing construction on the side walks (poor job and cheap work) and closed off my parking spot. No reimbursement, and told I will get towed if I park in another spot so thats money wasted. no real amenties and the stoves are fire hazards since they are old and the coils dont connect properly. I told them the dishwasher leaks when i run it, they took a week to come out and all the guy did was adjust the water strip which didnt fix the issue. The dont find others for parking in your spot, and they have roaches pretty badly. They are really expensive for nothing.

Experiencia negativa: There service sucks as in there maintenance's, office aids, and managers. They don't work with tenants , to be able to do any kind of service. Ive been asking them since I've moved to fix many things but they haven't. Such as roaches,Holes in walls, Cracks on bathroom tube and kitchen corners, and appliances damaged. They've been stubborn. They don't put appointments times for anything, which is inconvenient for me because I have a minor and if she doesn't have the top lock on anyone can come in, with out me there. And I work so they won't work around my schedule and they can just barge in whenever.They don't even have security in parking lots. It sucks.
