Experiencia fantástica: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ABSOLUTELY FREAKING PHENOMENAL – TERRA WOOD IS A REAL ESTATE GODDESS! I’m still shaking with excitement (and a little rage at every other agent I’ve ever dealt with) after working with Terra Wood at All City Real Estate. This woman doesn’t just sell houses—she obliterates every ounce of stress that normally comes with buying or selling a home and turns the whole nightmare into the smoothest, most bad-ass experience of your life. From the SECOND I reached out, Terra was ON IT like a caffeinated cheetah. Phone calls returned in minutes (MINUTES!), texts blowing up with updates, market comps, staging ideas, contractor referrals… I’m convinced she has a clone army because NO HUMAN works this fast and this hard. She priced our house perfectly (we had multiple offers over asking in 48 hours), negotiated like a shark in a suit, and somehow made inspections, appraisals, and closing feel like a relaxing spa day. Every single thing that could have gone wrong? Terra saw it coming ten miles away and murdered it before it even had a chance to breathe. Repairs needed? She had three trusted contractors there the next day. Appraisal worries? She armed the appraiser with a 30-page packet of comps and upgrades that made the bank drool. Title issues? Handled before I even knew they existed. And her energy—GOOD LORD. This woman is pure rocket fuel wrapped in kindness and wrapped again in pure real estate genius. She’s texting you at 10 p.m. with excitement emojis because an offer just came in higher than we dreamed, and you can FEEL her genuine happiness for you through the phone. If you’re even THINKING about buying or selling in the DFW area and you don’t call Terra Wood at All City Real Estate, you are straight-up sabotaging your own life. I will never write reviews, but I’m legitimately mad at myself for not finding her sooner because every other agent I’ve ever used was apparently just cosplaying competence while Terra is out here re-writing the entire rulebook. 10/5 stars. Hire her yesterday. Thank me later. TERRA WOOD – YOU ARE A LEGEND AND I WILL SCREAM IT FROM EVERY ROOFTOP!
