I’ve rented several homes across the country over the past 16 years, and I’ve never had an experience remotely comparable to what these gentlemen offer. Brian showed me the property within hours of my request and was easy to work with throughout the onboarding process. The application process was by far the most thorough I’ve experienced, which led me to recommend RPMI to several local friends looking for property management. It was clear they do their due diligence. Ryan has been exceptional with ongoing support, including replacing smoke detectors and window treatments, and repairing an unexpected issue with the dryer. In my experience, these are the kinds of things other property managers might ignore or delay, but not Ryan. I was impressed to find that he capably handles the work himself rather than sending an unskilled handyman who might leave the job half done. He is courteous about setting up appointments in advance and always arrives on time. Using their app to request service for the dryer was fast and easy. The property is fantastic and extremely well cared for. I can’t imagine it needing much of anything for the duration of my lease. As a busy professional looking for a simple, care-free living arrangement, I couldn’t have made a better choice than renting from Ryan and Brian.

Experiencia fantástica: When I was searching for a rental in Bend, the team at Real Property Management were real pros and didn't make me jump through unneccessary hoops. For example, they didn't take our rental application until we had seen the property and confirmed that we had a realistic chance of renting it. Other property management companies make you fill out an application first, then tell you you're fifth in line. It's a tremendous waste of time. I would definitely use Real Property Management again, as a tenant or a landlord.

Even companies I’ve worked for do not have the attention to detail, helpfulness, and a team that is polite to its tenants, than these folks do. I have only worked with Brian and he is super quick on emails. He checks in with you after you move in, making sure that everything is good. He is always making sure that your move is as easy as possible and if you ask him a question or for something he is happy to help out. Not many companies will do that. If you want to rent from a company that is above reproach, honest and will take care of you, then you need to rent from these folks.
