Experiencia fantástica: Jared is an exceptional Realtor. He is highly energetic, very knowledgeable, efficient, and extremely helpful in all aspects of the selling of our property. He guided us at every turn. He organized the necessary help that we needed to get our property in good standing in order to put it up for sale. He understood the market and was instrumental in pricing our house so that we actually sold it for a great deal over our asking price with competitive bidding from several buyers. He understood what we should initially put the price to order to get the final price at a much better price! He organized teams of contractors to help restore many aspects of the house that needed attention. Most of all Jared is easy to work with. He would move us along when we would be overwhelmed and help with so much of the complexities that we were confronted with since it was the first house we ever sold so we were not familiar with all of the forms, etc...So we thank Jared for everything that he has done for our family. He is an excellent Realtor and it was a genuine privilege to work with him throughout the entire process!
Diane, thank you so much for taking the time to write such a thoughtful review. It truly means a lot to me.
It was an honor to help you, Michael, and Brian sell your Tudor-style cottage in State College Borough. I know this wasn’t simply a real estate transaction. The home had been part of your family’s story for many years, which made preparing it for sale and ultimately handing it over to its next owner especially meaningful.
As a Realtor serving State College and Centre County, PA, my goal is to make selling a home feel as clear and manageable as possible. That means helping with far more than putting a property on the market. From coordinating contractors and preparing the house for sale to developing the pricing and marketing strategy, navigating multiple offers, and getting everyone safely to closing, I want my clients to know they have someone looking out for them at every step. That philosophy of being a guide and advocate is central to how I approach my work.
I’m especially happy that our strategy created strong competition and resulted in such a great outcome for your family. But more than anything, I’m grateful for the trust you placed in me throughout the process.
Thank you again, Diane. Working with you and your family was genuinely a privilege, and clients like you are exactly why I love being a Realtor in State College and Centre County. I sincerely appreciate your incredibly kind words and look forward to staying in touch.
Experiencia fantástica: Jared and team were great to work with. Even though we were out of state he made sure that everything went well. He always kept me in the loop many times sacrifice his time and really crunching his time when I had questions. Always very professional and felt comfortable asking questions and answering. Thank you again Jared.
Mike, thank you so much for taking the time to leave this review! It was an absolute pleasure working with you and your wife. Serving clients who are relocating or managing transactions from out of state can certainly present unique challenges, but making sure the process is smooth, transparent, and stress-free for good people like you makes every bit of the effort worthwhile.
As a realtor helping clients sell a home in central pennsylvania, my top priority is always protecting my clients' time, equity, and best interests every step of the way. I truly appreciate your trust in me throughout the entire home selling process. Wishing you and your family all the best in your next chapter!
Experiencia fantástica: We worked with Jared for an extended period of time as we searched for the right home to fit all our needs. Jared was assigned to us at random, but from our first meeting he was personable, knowledgable, and understanding. He was creative in his approach to any home we considered, and his expertise always helped us feel we were putting our strongest foot forward with every offer we made. Most importantly, Jared was patient with us and never made us feel pressured or in a rush. Sometimes it would be months until we were interested in viewing another house, but Jared made walking through homes feel like we were catching up with an old friend. His guidance was appreciated up until the very end! I recommend him to everyone I can!
This means a lot Madalyn — thank you. Finding the right home (not just a home) takes time, and I'm glad the process felt more like partnership than pressure. Helping buyers in State College put their best foot forward, however long it takes, is exactly the kind of work I love. Thanks for trusting me with something this important, and for spreading the word! — Jared, REALTOR® with eXp Realty
Experiencia fantástica: Always gave me the best advice on selling and buying.
Thanks so much for the kind words! Helping folks make smart, confident calls on buying and selling in the State College area is what I love doing — glad it made a real difference for you. — Jared, REALTOR® with eXp Realty
Experiencia fantástica: Working with Jared was an absolute pleasure from start to finish! From our very first meeting, he was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure every question was answered. He took the time to explain the process thoroughly and made everything feel much less overwhelming. What stood out the most was his integrity and follow-through. Jared did exactly what he said he would do every step of the way, which is hard to find these days. His communication was excellent, he stayed on top of every detail, and it was clear he truly cared about providing the best experience possible. If you’re looking for a realtor who is professional, trustworthy, informative, and truly has your best interests at heart, I cannot recommend Jared enough. A well-deserved 5 stars!
Thank you, I really appreciate you taking the time to share this.
I’m glad the process felt clear and manageable for you—that’s always the goal. Real estate can get complicated, so I try to keep communication straightforward and stay on top of the details from start to finish.
Your note about integrity and follow-through means a lot. That’s something I take seriously with every client I work with here in Centre County and the State College area.
I’m grateful for the opportunity to help, and it means a lot that your family is trusting me again. If you ever need anything down the road, I’m here.
Experiencia fantástica: Jared was very helpful with selling my Mother's home. He was great with communication and made the process so much easier. We were so impressed with him that our Daughter is now listing her home with him as well. We can not recommend him enough!!
Thank you so much for the kind words—it truly means a lot to me.
I know selling a family home, especially your mother’s, comes with a lot of emotions and moving pieces. It sounds like communication and making the process feel easier were really important to you, and I’m grateful I had the opportunity to be part of that with you.
Seeing your family trust me again with your daughter’s home here in Centre County is something I don’t take lightly. That’s exactly the kind of relationship I strive to build—where you feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.
Wishing you and your family nothing but the best in this next chapter, and I’m always here if you need anything at all.
Experiencia fantástica: Jared has been our family’s seller agent for the past two years, and we feel so lucky to have worked with him. He is not only professional and detail-oriented, but also incredibly supportive throughout what could have been very stressful sales. We had some complicated properties, yet Jared always knew how to handle the challenges with patience and skill. He truly goes above and beyond for his clients, and we always felt like we were in good hands. We would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and all-around excellent agent.
Ran, thank you so much for your kind words and for trusting me over these past two years to help your family through each sale. Working with you on these unique Central Pennsylvania properties has been an honor, and I truly appreciate the opportunity to help make the process smooth and successful from start to finish.
Supporting clients through complex real estate transactions is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do, and it’s clients like you who make being a real estate agent in the State College and greater Central Pennsylvania so meaningful. I’m grateful for your continued trust and for allowing me to be part of your family’s journey.
Experiencia fantástica: Jared did a wonderful job selling our house. We got multiple offers in a slow season and sold a price we were happy with. Previously, I worked with another agent we saw the billboard with his and his mom's face in many places. Unfortunately, I had to do everything, and the agent was moving so slow that we missed the time to come on market on prime time. After switching to Jared, the house was on market in a few days. He thoroughly checked things that could make the house better. Did some cleaning and repair work himself for the speed, quickly arranged handyman team to finish the rest. He carefully planned the marketing strategy, proactively followed up with buyers. I wish i worked with Jared from the beginning then i would save so much headache by arranging all thebrepair myself. In summary, if you want someone that is willing to work hard and sell your house, work with Jared.
Lin, thank you so much for this thoughtful review and for trusting me with the sale of your home in Foxpointe. I know the process of selling can feel overwhelming—especially after your first experience—and I’m really glad I could step in and help make things smoother for you.
I truly appreciated working alongside you, making sure the house was market-ready, and putting together a strategy that brought strong results even in a slower season. Your trust and partnership made all the difference, and I’m so happy we were able to get multiple offers and a price you felt good about.

Experiencia fantástica: I met Jared at an open house. It was at the beginning of my home search.Jared took the time with me to walk the property and go over all my options and he listened to all my needs. I made an offer on that property and it wasn’t accepted. I didn’t get that house that time but I landed Jared as my realtor. We looked at a lot of properties, with that journey came a lot exploring what exactly fit my needs. Jared found my house for me after many visits to other properties on the market. I have been in my house for 14 months now and I am very pleased with the whole process. Jared won’t quit until his customer is satisfied with the outcome. He deserved six stars but Google only offers five.
