Experiencia fantástica: Wow, where to start? I generally have had less than stellar experiences with Realtors over the years, either buying or selling. But I'll tell you what, I am so happy to be able to write this extremely positive review after working with LaTonya, Jeremy and Leslie. We started planning the sale way in advance as we knew it would be early spring the following year before we would put the house up. So Latonya arranged for all the exterior photos and drone videos to be done the summer before to get everything in full bloom, which I think helped a lot, as the exterior was not at its full peak in early spring when the house went up for sale. When we were ready, the team came over and we went through every inch of the house. All the little cool details we had built into the house were noted. Next thing they came over with cool little placard cards that went everywhere in the house pointing out all these little details. Then the planning of the open house, the marketing of the open house as well as traditional realtor marketing, and the use of Social Media was outstanding. They had 6-8 showings lined up in less than 24 hours. Had an offer over asking price before she even got to the open house. Then, after about a week or so, that deal fell through due to some sort of Family Crisis or something the buyers had. The team regrouped, got the house back up, and bam, within 24 hours, again before the new open house was scheduled, got another even better offer. Through all the paperwork, they walked us through everything. Did an excellent job of tracking everything, The communication, and overall thoroughness was outstanding. They never missed a beat, always available, and some of the absolute nicest people I know!. 1000% the best realtor experience I have ever had. I would engage them again without any hesitation I have no doubt, LaTonya , Jeremy and Leslie can do for you what they did for us!
