Chris Choate Real Estate

Experiencia fantástica: All though I did not buy a house with Chris, he did set the bar very high for all future dealings with a realtor. That said I have gone through several now and finally settled on one that will suffice. Sadly no where as good as when I was with Chris. Highly recommend him to any one in his area looking to buy or sell.

Experiencia fantástica: Chris was beyond excellent! Patient with us with all our dumb questions. Professional and attentive. And I love working with other veterans, his attention to detail is unparalleled!

Experiencia fantástica: Chris is the consummate professional, he is always putting his clients interests first. Great negotiator and knowledgeable about the complicated CO Real Estate market. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Experiencia fantástica: There are not enough stars available to accurately rate Chris. He worked magic to put our deal together. He worked relentlessly to get us to the finish line and he did! Chris is not only an outstanding realtor, he is also a wonderful person with an amazing heart. If your intention is to use a good human being as your realtor, please contact Chris. You will not be disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: Chris took the time to help us find the perfect house. We initially looked at new builds and were going to settle until he found our forever home. He was able to negotiate a fantastic price and walked us through the entire process. This home buying experience could not have been better thanks to Chris and I will recommend him to anyone that is thinking of buying or selling. You will not find a better realtor.

Experiencia fantástica: Chris is such a wonderful person to help you find your dream home! He is professional, patient, accomidating and so very KNOWLEDGEABLE!!!! As first time homebuyers, we had no idea what we were doing! But Chris helped us along the way and went above and beyond! He even bought us a Christmas tree! I think that Chris is really short for Christmas! I felt like we had a loved one looking out for us. We are so grateful and so happy to be in our dream home!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Chris was the realtor for my client who just closed on his home today in Colorado Springs, I was the loan officer in the transaction. We had some hiccups on the lender side and Chris went above and beyond to help the buyer gather last minute conditions we needed as soon as we asked for them. If it weren't for him, this transaction could have been extremely delayed, or the seller could have backed out and kept the EMD. From start to finish Chris was proactive, helpful, patient and worked as a team player with my company in a less than comfortable situation. I can't thank him enough, and will be mentioning his name and great service to all of my future clients looking to purchase throughout Colorado. Thank you Chris!

Experiencia fantástica: Chris was great super helpful, on the ball, and made the whole experience of buying a house easy. Would defiantly recommend him to any friends or family for their next house.

Experiencia fantástica: Chris definitely sets the bar when it comes to support shown to his clients through the process. Top Rated

Experiencia fantástica: Words cannot describe how above and beyond Chris Choate’s went to get us our first home!! My family and I cannot thank him enough for his excellent work! I am referring him to my family and friends or anyone who is purchasing a home. We do not view him anymore as our real estate agent, he is now a good friend! Thank you very much Chris! The Ables family.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ll never do business with anyone else. All star service from start to finish!

Experiencia fantástica: Chris was a pleasure to work with through the entire process from looking at homes to the final closing. He's very hands on/involved with the whole process. It was more of a friend helping a friend experience rather than someone trying to just make a sale. He's very quick to respond via phone/text or e-mail, provides constant updates through the process, and is very helpful with any questions either about the process or the area in general. I recommend him to anyone looking for a house in the Colorado Springs and nearby areas.

Experiencia fantástica: Chris always goes out of his way to make sure his clients have a pleasant, low stress and informative experience. If you're looking to buy, sell, or invest he should be your first call.

Experiencia fantástica: Chris is one of the most genuine helpful and caring people you’ll meet. He goes above and beyond for his clients and if you’re lucky enough, you’ll become a life long friend. We had to sell our house quickly due to the army moving us sooner than planned and Chris got it done! My husband was gone right after we put it on the market and to get the house ready Chris helped me the whole way! You’ll be lucky to have him as your realtor.

Experiencia fantástica: We used Chris to buy property. Very professional, very knowledgeable, will fight and work very hard to get you the best deal possible. We will definitely use Chris for all future transactions.

Experiencia fantástica: Chris listens to what you're looking for in a home and then does all he can to get you just that. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sale a home.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I were looking into rent-to-buy options when we were moving to Alaska not thinking we’d be able to get approved to buy a house outright. Chris reached out to us and was kind, professional, and explained the process to us each step of the way. He not only helped us buy our first home but made the entire process so simple and stress free. It’s been 5 years and we are still loving our home and Chris has always been available to answer any questions we had even once the purchase was over. We are so thankful!

Experiencia fantástica: Chris was the best realtor I could ask for. Not only did he help us find the perfect home, he also helped us find an out-of-state real estate agent for our old house. He was so helpful in communicating with us, the seller, as well as our lender to expedite the process as much as possible!

Experiencia fantástica: Chris was one of the best Realtors I've ever worked with. He's was always willing to come out and show properties rain or shine, he has lots of knowledge in the business and just overall a friendly guy. He showed us over a dozen of houses in a short period of time and was willing to work with my impossible requirements. He always gave recommendations and pointed out anything wrong. When we were ready to close on a house he was awesome at communicating and pushed the seller to get the repairs needed or credit us for them. I'd definitely use Chris's services again and recommend him to my friends. Also he's a vet so if you support our military then Chris is your go to. Thank you Chris! you helped us find our dream house, You rock bud!!

Experiencia negativa: I received an unsolicited cold call this morning. I am not in the market to buy or sell a home. Message left was simply "Hey this is Chris, give me call." Followed by the phone number on all his Facebook posts. A quick google search later, and here we are. This practice is obnoxious, and I do not appreciate it.

Experiencia fantástica: Chris did an amazing job selling our house extremely quickly in (probably) the most difficult time of the year...over the winter holidays. We could not have asked for a better realtor and truly appreciate his hard work and effort in helping us in our time of need to sell our house quickly. I should have written this review sooner to share how great of a realtor he has been and how he really cared to help us get the best deal possible. Highly recommend to anyone in the market of either buying or selling! He is probably the most honest realtor I've met and is absolutely in the game for his clients and not entirely for himself.

Experiencia fantástica: Chris was great to work with. More importantly I will work with him again. He was thorough, he was personable, he was professional, and dealt with some weird little situations promptly. Add to that he had to work with four of us as clients all with different wants and needs. Without hesitation I would recommend Chris to my best friend.

Experiencia fantástica: Chris was more than helpful, went out of his way to help us. I will recommend him to anyone. Thank you Chris! You made the process painless and easy!

Experiencia fantástica: Chris was great to work with! He made the process of selling our home a breeze! Hired a professional photographer for the house listing which helped make our house stand out from the other listings in the area! I would definitely work with him again and would recommend to friends and family!

Experiencia fantástica: Buying a house is a huge decision and usually comes with a huge amount of paperwork and grief. Chris did an incredible job for us. He stream lined the paperwork kept us informed and we were able to close in just 3 weeks start to finish. I highly recommend using Chris and his company if you are in the market for a new home.

Experiencia fantástica: We can't thank Chris enough for his peristance in helping us buy our first house -The Perfect house for our family. He went above and beyond to find a house that fit the needs and desires of our large family and for that we are VERY APPRECIATIVE!!
