I was young and the most education I had was a first time homebuyer class. Real estate wasn’t a space I had confidence in, but Matt knew what to do every step of the way. We ultimately found the perfect house for my little family. Recently, Matt helped me again. We sold a rental property I owned. It wasn’t easy to say the least, but we got it done. I couldn’t have done it without Matt’s help. I was able to get funding through the Revive program that partners with Matt’s realty company. They gave me a loan backed by the equity of my rental and I used that money to make it the best I possibly could. From a new roof to Home Depot runs, I had the funds I needed to make it happen. Experiencia negativa: The more I've learned about real estate, the more I'm disappointed with how I was treated by Matt when we were working together. I was concerned about where my lot lines were (as it applied to the boundaries of my patio area), and he completely dismissed my concerns without checking or doing any due diligence. At the time I didn't know how that stuff worked, and it's an agent's job to investigate that kind of details. He also pressured me a good bit leading up to the offer, and made everything feel more time sensitive than I think it was in reality. He was helpful during the tours and I still appreciate that, but everything considered I wouldn't work with him again. -------------------- Original review (Aug 2022): Matt made it a smooth experience from start to finish, and his extensive knowledge of what to look for when touring a house was very helpful to me in the house hunting process. Would recommend!

They took the time and had the patience to identify my lifestyle needs and match it to the ideal neighborhoods and home. Once I purchased they continued to readily respond and send me references for my remodeling needs (handyman, painter, etc.). When I was ready to sell I went right back to team young and once again they went above and beyond to make the sell smooth. They helped in staging for photos and for open houses. I sold the home within 2 weeks of posting at full asking price. It was amazing to have a one stop call for everything. They took care of so much so I didn't have to worry or be consumed with it. All I had to do was focus on transitioning my family. The only downfall is that they are in the seattle area and I am now in Oregon.
