Experiencia fantástica: Love Maria and Gabe. As young 1st time home owners it meant alot to our families knowing we had extra support and guidance through this experience with them. They answer all questions and are there through everything.

Experiencia negativa: Dont use any of her referrals such as Keystone Facility Management (a real scammer) whom i used because of Maria's referral. Donna is Maria's family friend. Donna should only be used for slopping a mop. Apparently their friendship is more valuable than good judgement. Also, be apprehensive of 5 star reviews. Daughter, relatives and friends will can 5 star easily without merit.

Experiencia fantástica: I can't say enough how happy I was to have Gabe and Mariah as my realtors. My husband and I purchased a new build in Santa fe, and it was frought with issues and delays from the builder side from the beginning. However Gabe and Mariah stuck it out with us even when I was so frustrated with the project I wanted to quit. They advocated for additional incentives from the builders for us and kept on top of them with the timelines. Gabe and Maria have helped me buy 2 homes and sell one and I cannot say enough good things about them as realtors and as people in general. With my most recent sale the buyers were requiring some roof maintenance and the contractor promised over and over again it would get done but it never did threatening the closing date, potentially costing me money and generating a whole lot of stress. Maria got it done. They even sent my wife a get-well card after her recent knee surgery.

The week I came back to town to fix it up and get ready to sell, I got sick. Maria and Gabe were angels and took care of everything. They walked me through every step and made everything incredibly easy for me, especially living out of state.
