Experiencia fantástica: As my wife and I moved into Raleigh-Durham area from rural Oklahoma in October 2021, our real estate agent strongly suggested us to reach out Krista. I literally called her as soon as I arrived in Raleigh, and laid out the game plan almost immediately. However, because Raleigh and the vicinity was one of the hottest real estate markets in the country, she did not forget reminding us of what we were getting into – to say nothing of some key factors, due diligence and earnest money to begin with, that would play during our house hunting. Krista has always been not only responsive and courteous but also become an extra set of “good, trained eyes” to check/exercise critically from her professional experiences. Her focus has never deviated from the benefit of customers, and her polite recommendation never came from the gut feeling but from the fair and logical (almost scientifical) analysis. Nonetheless, one of the most amazing tactics that we learned was the game plan should be dynamic and could be modified (but not stretched) to fit to the real situation. By the time we successfully purchased a new construction, she educated us to establish a solid foundation to understand what was the good opportunity and what was not. Sure, we did lots of homework and plenty of legwork because there was no shortcut here. Again, her amazing work should not be overstated. The representative we had to work with was a poor communicator, not very responsive and I would not work with him again. We are so thrilled to be out of this rental and into our forever home that we were building while renting. The rental home itself was lovely, but working with Abshure Realty was extremely painful.
