Sends an entirely new offer for the same location we applied to. Had higher rent, when originally it was listed as no fee, adds additional broker and maintenance fees. Unapologetic and shady. Incredibly bad practices.

Experiencia fantástica: Let me start off by saying Rosa is an absolutely, incredible broker, and I highly recommend her for your real estate needs. Rosa will keep you in the loop with every step of the process and explain everything to you, will answer every question you have with great detail. Not only will she go to bat for you, but will be very honest with you about all the options you may have on the table when selling your home. I’m from NY and live in Atlanta, GA. I met Rosa in the summer of 2022 when I decided to sell my late mother’s house in Queens, NY. The house was a distressed property, in reverse mortgage, with 5 tenants and only two paying at the time of her death. Rosa knew it would be a difficult sale and was truthfully about it up front. We agreed to move forward with the sale and Rose listed the house. The house was listed on a Monday in August and by Sunday of that week, Rosa had 7 offers (with 3 over ask) on the table from her investors. The down side was that the investors wanted the house empty. Rosa and my lawyer suggested that I negotiate with the tenants to vacate the property. Of course they refused and after several conference calls with Rosa and my lawyer. I decided to delist the house and move forward with the eviction process on the tenants in order to get more options from private home buyers. Fast forward a year later and I was able to get 3 of the 5 tenants out of the house. We relisted the house and Rosa went to work. Once the first open house was completed. We had enough offers on the table to work with. Rosa started negotiations with other brokers and agents. After weeding though all the offers. Rosa was able to find a buyer willing to purchase the house with two nonpaying tenants. This was nothing short than an incredible feat and a testament to Rosa’s skill set. I would like everyone that is reading this, to know the Rosa is very personal and will do her best to find you the best deal possible. Not only did I find a great broker, but I found a wonderful friend. Thank you Rosa for everything.
