I’m unsure how they could have such little concern and how they can sleep at night knowing the people living in the property THEY decided to own are unable to live in a rat free and healthy environment. The name “Pristine” is not an appropriate name for this management company.

Experiencia negativa: Was a tenant of their property a 28-25 34th Street. The supers abuse their children and animals and eachother in the basement. It is clearly audible through the floor. I reported this multiple times to the police AND the property management company. The management company informed me they were “aware they were difficult.” No follow up. I moved out after the police failed to take care of it. I then had to forward the property management company a legal letter when they failed to return my deposit on time. Do not recommend.

Experiencia negativa: Stay away from this management company! The building I've been in for 7 years changed to this management company just over 6 months ago and everything is now awful. The response time from them is terrible. I've been having leaks for months they have done nothing about it. Countless emails and phone calls and they do reply what so ever. I was even receiving messages from coned that they didn't pay electric for the building for months and it was getting turned off. Not what you want from a management company.
