When it was time to sell she had a bag of tools that got us lined out and market ready in a hurry. We sold in the first month. Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I had been casually looking for a new house with some land. When Theresa was recommended to us, we let her know this. We let her know that we didn't have a timeframe in mind to move, and we're willing to wait until we found the right place. She was on board and began helping us find properties that matched what we were looking for, and we updated the "requirements" several times. It took a while, and we visited MANY homes. Theresa was wonderful. Very patient with our indecision and always willing to show us houses that "might work." Months of this continued, and she was always there. Very forthcoming and honest when we were sightly unrealistic, which we certainly needed. We eversion found a house that was for sale by owner and she was in top of it from the get go. Having inspections scheduled very timely and helping us along the purchase journey. At one inspection, when she wasn't able to be present, Brandon showed up, and we appreciated him being there. After closing, she began to work with us to get our house ready to sell, and she was there throughout the entire process. We closed on our purchase in Oct 2024 and sold our house in Feb 2025 (it was our choice to have a slow move in). We worked with Theresa, Brandon, and Patrick, who were all phenomenal to work with.
