After looking for what feels like forever and having failed offers (due too other agents errors) we finally pinned down our home. Let me clarify that Rheola was doing the job of both agents during the entire process and she had to go far beyond regular duties to help us get the home to where it could be financed, sadly the selling agent was terrible to work with and VERY SLOW to respond and resolve issues! Determined to purchase a house, I reluctantly upped my price, and the clouds began lifting. The house I bought had only been in the market 24 hours, I had seen the ad and asked her on the spur of the moment what would be the chance of her securing a showing, and an hour or so later, at her advice, I made an offer. They accepted within 24 hours, and the rest is history. I would highly recommend this lady any time.
