Experiencia negativa: I came across a property in Detroit. Noor Yaqoob is the listing agent. He also represented me as the buyer. We submitted an offer to the seller, his client. They wasted my time with a listed property that wasn't actually for sale. The whole thing felt fraudulent. I explained to the Noor that if the property isn't actually for sale, he should remove the listing from the MLS. Noor complained about arguments he had with his client regarding the listing, apparently the seller kept changing his mind on the selling price and commission terms. If you have an unethical client, wouldn't an ethical agent want to maintain their ethics, reputation, and standards? Even after agreeing to the seller's asking price and offering to pay all closing costs, the seller decided not to sell, but Noor said he'd keep the Property on the market anyway. Very strange. Beware of this agency. They'll waste your time.

Eric, Beth and Nicole were not only professionals, but in a short time made me feel like they were my friends. I could call them any time and they always would answer or called me back right away. There were a couple of curveballs thrown our way with our co-seller, however Eric, Beth and Nicole always said take a breath we will work this out there is no problem we can’t handle. They were right!! In a short time things were resolved and back on track!! We definitely recommend Eric Monzo and team at the Monzo Group. Experiencia fantástica: Regan found us our dream home! We had a wide area we were looking in and he drove all over creation nearly everyday to help us find exactly what we wanted. He was the first of us to go into the basement armed with a flashlight, looking for any possible issues. He looked at each house not just as a realtor, but as an inspector and gave us his honest opinion about each. He made sure we knew any possible issues he saw so we could be informed buyers. Once we found the house we wanted, Regan negotiated like crazy on our behalf. Not only did he save us thousands on the house, but he had the sellers pay for nearly all our closing costs!!! I thought that was impossible in this market. Negotiating, he has told me, is his favorite part. It is a game that he always wins! Regan has been the most amazing realtor throughout the whole process, he was always available no matter what time of day. He is one of the friendliest, honest, dedicated, and hardworking people I’ve known. I’m so glad we called him. We could have ended up in an overpriced money pit if we hadn’t. Thanks for all your help Regan, you’re one in a million!

Experiencia negativa: Pete sirr was very unattenditive. Always hard to reach felt like he was only out for his profit didn't care what we thought about for the house. Hardly ever return phone calls. Made us feel very unimportant. I do not recommend him as a realtor for anything buyers beware. And on top of that you left us a very rude voicemail message after we stop using him.
