For selling TJ has a clear methodical process based on data. He will run numbers take into account market conditions and suggest a price that will attract more buyers. He has this down to science where he knows what time of the week to list and when to schedule an open house. And so it did! We had so many viewings and such a great attendance for the open house. We had multiple offers before the open house and some of them were above the listing price. Home run for sure! While buying also TJ did his analysis to make sure the houses that we were interested in were priced appropriately for the area and the market. He helped us with our first home and now has helped with the transition from our first home to our second. We had many challenges going into our second home that took a great deal of time but we finally closed on our second home. TJ went out of his way to help us with many of those challenges. Even had a HVAC company come out to test our system in the second home and discovered a huge issue. TJ and his whole team are incredible and we can’t thank them enough.
