And the best thing is they didn't try to push me to buy a home i didn't want just to make commissions. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Experiencia negativa: Had an awful experience with Jared. He is very nice in person. Friendly. But as a realtor, he never offered any info. You have to call him to get it. And he won't answer the phone, but is pretty good about calling back. But we never got updates about house showings or what people were thinking about it, unless we called and asked him directly. Never felt like he was going to bat for us. But that's not a big deal. We could have dealt with that. I feel like we were majorly screwed over to the tune of $9000. We signed papers based on misinformation that Jared gave us. You should be able to trust that your realtor will understand the contracts and make sure you have all the right information. They are the professional you hire for this purpose! But we took Jared's words over our own understanding and paid the price for it. It makes me sick to my stomach. Maybe he didn't do it maliciously. Like I said, he seems like a nice guy. But if his incompetence cost us so much money, he shouldn't be doing this work. And he should at least own his part and try to repair it. But he didn't so much as apologize, let alone try to do anything to make it right. But he got his big paycheck, so...

He came in and did a free home evaluation where he pulled CMAs and presented those to me to give me a solid number to get top dollar out of my home but not overpricing it for it to sit stagnant. We quickly went under contract and when we got to the inspection state Lance helped me get some simple repairs done taking that stress of my plate. Overall it was a very smooth transaction and if you are ever needing to buy or sell I strongly suggest interviewing Lance Lewis to be your real estate agent.

We contacted Lance to ask him to reach out to the seller and he never responded. Very frustrated with his lack of communication and looking out for us.
