I have been trying to make a small commercial purchase for over 12 years; I worked with over 50 agents to try and get this done. Most of the agents told me that I needed to get a pre-approval before they would work with me. Some only talked to me one time and never got back with me. Darryl was very different. Darryl actually reached out to me from a "random" lead I left on a "random" realtor's site. I explained my situation to Darryl and he not only was willing to help me, he was very eager to do so! During our conversation Darryl asked the questions of me that lead me to believe he would be a good and professional agent to work for me. I was right! I called Darryl when I needed to sell my home. He thoroughly explained how he arrived at the listing price of my home, which in my case was to complete with new construction homes in the neighborhood.
