8 months ago Experiencia negativa: This neighboorhood is a waste of time to buy in they price gouge their lots and are uncompetive in the real estate sector compared to Blue Jack National or Stallion Lakes since they charge a lot of money for measly sized lots and they don't provide enough lots to purposly raise the prices on consumers in a "artifical scarcity" type of situation for the consumer.
