We could not have asked for a more informed, in tuned, on point, engaged real estate agent than Joy Hill. From the very first meeting, she was there with us for almost 4+ hours, going through all of the initial house build options and details. We actually ended up with a different more knowledgeable seasoned sales rep who course corrected and completed the build with us. She joined us at our final walkthrough before closing. She was there, of course, as our agent, asking the right questions about documents, warranties, etc., but she was also there expressing delight and excitement of our new home and the finishes we picked.
