Experiencia negativa: Amy doesnt like an informed buyer. I would be cautious. She was fully aware I could purchase at asking price even though I didn’t want to. She claimed that I didn’t make an offer even though I have the text messages to confirm such. Above and beyond the “buyer” came in $1,000.00 higher than the communicated ceiling I provided previously which she claimed I never sent. Amy I told you I want to buy it, I provided the necessary data to confirm my ability to purchase at full price, you failed the seller and me. You were aware you could’ve extracted more from the sale yet didn’t put in the effort or give me the opportunity to counter. It’s also a coincidence the “buyer” used the same company I presented to you for prequalification for financing. A lot of coincidences… I have filed my report with the necessary agencies. Responses are sporadic and comprehension is low. All of this after I bought property through her within the past year where she was dual agent. Mr. Poelcher

She connected me with Brandon Bitar, a top-notch contractor, to get the living space completely renovated. That project drastically increased the value of the home. She went above and beyond her duties as a realtor, and she was absolutely professional from start to finish.

Experiencia fantástica: Without exaggeration, my interaction with Amy, and our entire sales transaction, from start to finish was the best experience I ever had. After interviewing 4 realtors, Amy stood out from the group based on her market knowledge, insight, and experience. I hired her to sell my property, and it was the best decision I made. In trying to decide the list price, we came up with 3 options, the first required no work and a list “as is,” the second required some work, and the third was a complete renovation of the main floor. The second option seemed the most viable to me, and Amy agreed, but she also reached out to one of her many connections to get another opinion. This came in the form of Bitar Contracting, and that outreach proved to be the best decision of this whole transaction. Through informed conversation, and a pro/con assessment, I made the decision to invest in a remodel, and that decision doubled our remodel amount investment. Of course, we didn’t know this would be the result when we made the decision, but for the fact that Amy put this option on the table, we would have never known. I am convinced that Amy’s direct involvement was the only reason the property sold in a timely manner and above ask. Not to mention Amy going out of her way to ensure a smooth transaction as I was out of state when this entire remodel and sale took place. I can’t say enough positive about Amy, I would use her professional services throughout the country if I could, and I would certainly use her again in PA!

Not only did she work on our erratic schedule (bouncing back and forth between states make scheduling difficult) but she utilized our time in town very well by only showing homes with the exact requirements we requested. It is impossible to express how nice that was. When your time is limited, someone respecting it is a must.
