Experiencia negativa: The property management team at Seaquay is adequate, but basically a figurehead. We have difficulties with their financial branch in that we have multiple assessments plus regular HOA's and are supposed to send payment coupons and don't. We send the checks appropriately labeled with unit number and account and they continue to send a late fee payment. We have submitted repair forms for exterior door repair, outdoor porch light repair (never altered from original installation) and outdoor electrical receptacle repair and were denied stating they were our responsibility. When we hired an electrician he wouldn't touch them because the outside is a community responsibility. We deal with another First Residential branch at a property in Maitland, FL and they are far more efficient and responsive

Experiencia fantástica: I would like to thank the Rec Office, Marie Montano & Emily Cipriano for all their patience and service this past season. They were either short staffed or training a good part of the season. They set up and/or take down for all or most all events, check on pool seating, rent equipment handle all the walk-ins and phone requests, plan events, tech support to name just a small portion of their jobs. The new hire, Mike Talbot, is super friendly, will handle whatever he is asked with a big smile and seems to be cstchibg on very quickly!. Great addition to the Rec office team that are here 7 days a week with a few Holidays off unlike Maintenance and Admin Office. Welcome to the Team Mike and TY all for a job well done!

The grounds, buildings and facilities are excellently maintained. The community is safe with little to no crime. These improvements have been made with Ariel exercising fiscal responsibility when it comes to our HOA fees. He is an excellent communicator and has always been responsive and effective in addressing our concerns. We are very fortunate in having Ariel at our location.

Experiencia fantástica: I had been having issues with my HOA payments. Almost every year they will call me or send me the bills because I did not make payments. I am set up through my bank to make regular payments. My bank statements will show no missing or late payments. This year Melbourne office was under a new manager Ariel Portunato who personally called me and made sure to turn every stone to figure out why their accounting department was having problems. He made sure every thing was resolved and had them correct the info. I really appreciate his help.

She has had made a positive impact on the property since starting in August of 2021. Communications to the residence has improved as well as surrounding herself with hard working staff that work well as a team that has enhanced an already fine community to a new level. Her assistant manager Kim Saucier is as good as they come. She deals with any concerns promptly and effectively . Dominique Harrison is always personable, the friendly voice on the phone or at the front desk to assistant in all things . FSR maintenance leader, Kenton Keltner has been at Ocean Village for a little over a year and he an his maintenance staff have done more to improve the property than what was done by his predecessors in the previous decade. His team consists of Chris Diaz, Freddy Tillman and Mark Bellamy. Always hard at work, they are positive, professional and pay attention to detail . Under the leadership of Mr. Kelton they have made noticeable improvements and truly have made a difference to make Ocean Village a beautiful well-maintained property . If there was a six star ⭐️ they would all deserve that. Can’t imagine a more dedicated professional group working for FSR! We are fortunate.

I feel lucky to have the FirstServices team here helping us. And this year, in particular, they have helped the board accomplish so much - from fully repainting all of the exteriors to implementing/executing a new cable and wifi company.
